Plans discipline quality, monitors quality activities, recommends improvements, and takes action where required. Provide technical support within the discipline team, liaise with the project team, and consult with relevant resources as required. Coordinate review and approval of design and interfaces on client requirements and specifications. Prepare Process scope of work (SoW) and seek agreement from supervising Senior/ Lead Process Engineer (or designated representative. Estimate Process manhours for any job using the current TW Process manhour norms. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Engineer to administer, maintain, secure, and optimize enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, business continuity, and operational excellence. Hands-on experience with amplifiers, DSP processors, displays, projectors, signal routing equipment, microphones, cameras, and conferencing solutions. About the Role We are looking for a strong Site Reliability Engineer to own and continuously improve the reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence of our production systems. You will be responsible for the infrastructure and reliability layer behind our commerce platform, including AWS, Kubernetes, networking, databases, search infrastructure, observability, CI/CD, incident response, and production operations. This is a hands-on role with high ownership, ideal for someone who can operate independently, solve complex infrastructure problems, and help build a stable foundation for a fast-growing product. Our stack includes AWS, EKS/Kubernetes, Postgre SQL, Redis/Valkey, Elasticsearch/Open Search, Rabbit MQ, API Gateway, WAF, Load Balancers, Docker, Go/. Solid experience with Kubernetes, Docker, deployments, services, ingress, scaling, and troubleshooting. Strong understanding of networking fundamentals: DNS, TLS, load balancing, routing, security groups, firewalls, private/public networking, and HTTP traffic flow. Experience operating Postgre SQL in production, including performance troubleshooting, backups, monitoring, and connection-related issues. Position Purpose Summary Principle Information Security Assurance Engineer/ Specialist lead and enforce enterprise-wide security assurance initiatives by evaluating and strengthening security mechanisms across systems, applications, and databases. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced AV Pre-Sales & Design Engineer to design, develop, and support integrated Audio-Visual solutions for a wide range of projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing client requirements, preparing technical designs and proposals, developing project documentation, and providing technical support throughout the pre-sales process. Key Responsibilities System Design Design integrated AV systems, including but not limited to displays, LED video walls, projectors, audio systems, DSPs, control systems, video conferencing solutions, and AV network infrastructure. Select appropriate equipment based on technical requirements, performance, compatibility, reliability, and budget. Prepare system architecture diagrams, signal flow diagrams, rack layouts, equipment layouts, and other design documentation. Pre-Sales & Tender Support Develop detailed technical proposals, Bills of Quantities (BOQ/BOM), compliance statements, and technical submissions. Review tender specifications and ensure proposed solutions fully comply with or exceed client requirements. Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to obtain quotations, technical information, and product clarifications. Provide technical support to the sales team during client meetings, presentations, and tender clarification stages. Engineering Documentation Produce all AV engineering documentation required for project execution, including but not limited to:Shop drawings System schematics Rack elevations Signal flow diagrams Bills of Materials (BOM) Bills of Quantities (BOQ) Request for Information (RFI) responses Change Orders Installation drawings Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals As-built and project close-out documentation Prepare technical submittals and installation documentation in accordance with project specifications and client requirements. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related engineering discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in the Audio-Visual (AV) industry, with a strong background in AV system design and pre-sales engineering. Demonstrated experience preparing AV system designs, technical proposals, BOQs, and tender documentation. Strong knowledge of professional AV technologies, including video conferencing, digital signal processing (DSP), AV-over-IP, control systems, and networking fundamentals. Preferred Certifications AVIXA CTS, CTS-D, or CTS-ICrestron Certification Extron Certification Dante Certification QSC Certification Other recognized professional AV industry certifications are an advantage.
