<li>The System Completions Lead (Rotating Equipment) shall provide commissioning technical oversight, guidance and rotating equipment discipline expertise to Compression projects, contractors, vendors and commissioning teams in support of pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup and operational handover activities associated with rotating equipment systems, associated static mechanical equipment and interfacing piping systems.</li>

<li>Support the Head of System Completions (Technical) and wider Central Function (CFx) team in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of standardized commissioning practices, technical library documentation, commissioning strategies, procedures, lessons learned and execution methodologies across all Compression projects.</li>
<li>Effectively collaborates and interfaces with project teams, contractor engineers, operations personnel and vendors to support systemization, commissioning planning, execution strategies, factory testing, commissioning readiness and optimization of onshore and offshore commissioning activities.</li>
<li>Support Compression project teams by reviewing critical rotating equipment commissioning documents, procedures, vendor reports and technical submissions generated by contractors, subcontractors and vendors.</li>
<li>Review rotating equipment technical proposals, startup methodologies, commissioning procedures, technical deviations and new technologies to ensure compliance with policies, project specifications and operational requirements.</li>
<li>Support development, implementation and continuous improvement of CFx rotating equipment commissioning standards, technical library documentation, commissioning procedures, technical specifications and lessons learned across Compression projects.</li>
<li>Support qualification and technical evaluation of rotating equipment vendors, specialist service providers and suppliers proposed for Compression project activities.</li>
<li>Review contractor manpower loading, commissioning resource requirements and specialist vendor support requirements, providing technical recommendations and supporting project teams where required.</li>
<li>Support engineering and commissioning teams in achieving critical project milestones including Long Lead Item (LLI) delivery, package testing, preservation requirements, Ready on Site (ROS) targets and startup readiness activities.</li>
<li>Witness rotating equipment, associated mechanical package and piping system FATs, SATs, mechanical run testing, alignment verification, flushing activities, vibration analysis and commissioning activities in accordance with project requirements and approved procedures.</li>
<li>Verify contractor commissioning reports, preservation records, package testing documentation and startup readiness reporting accurately reflect field execution progress and operational status.</li>
<li>Participate in technical reviews, audits, system walkdowns, commissioning reviews and quality verification activities, reporting findings accurately and supporting closeout of identified issues and deficiencies.</li>
<li>Support development and standardization of system completions procedures, commissioning strategies, startup plans and operational handover processes to ensure safe and compliant transfer to operations across Compression project activities.</li>

<li>8 years' experience with large project commissioning activities within the Oil & Gas industry including 1 year of experience in supervisory, acting leadership or specialist technical oversight roles supporting vendor and contractor personnel.</li>
<li>In depth knowledge of rotating equipment systems including compressors, turbines, pumps, drivers, lubrication systems, seal systems, package equipment, associated static mechanical equipment and interfacing piping systems used within LNG and Compression facilities.</li>
<li>Knowledge and experience in rotating equipment commissioning delivery processes and associated project phases including preservation, installation verification, flushing, mechanical run testing, vibration analysis, startup and operational handover activities.</li>

POSITION OVERVIEW<br>The Data Center Technical Manager is a senior engineering role within UCC Holding's Power & Digital delivery division. The role is responsible for the end-to-end technical integrity of data center projects from front-end definition through to construction handover, ensuring that power, cooling, civil, and ICT systems are designed to hyperscale and colocation standards and are fully constructable and operable at commissioning.
