The role involves reviewing and analysing project programmes, tracking progress against established baselines, identifying risks and delays, and recommending mitigation and recovery measures. The Planning Engineer plays a key role in coordinating with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on programme activities, critical milestones, procurement timelines, testing and commissioning requirements, and overall project delivery objectives.
