Roles & Responsibilities
Reviews Project Scheduling, Progress Measurement and Reporting requirements for execution of the project.
Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
Core Scheduling: Strong knowledge of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Critical Path Method (CPM), resource loading, and schedule optimization.
Project Controls: Experience in project controls, progress measurement systems, earned value management, cash flow forecasting, and S-curve analysis. Schedule Management: Ability to develop, monitor, and control integrated project schedules covering engineering, procurement, fabrication, offshore installation, and commissioning activities. Offshore Operations: Knowledge of offshore construction methodologies, marine operations, heavy lifting, hook-up, commissioning, and shutdown planning. Safety & Risk Systems: Familiarity with offshore platform operations, SIMOPS, HSE requirements, permit-to-work systems, and risk management. Work Environment: Experience in offshore fabrication yards, installation campaigns, and project execution environments. Preferred Advantage: Understanding of QatarEnergy project requirements is an advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (PMP, PMI-SP certification)
Years of Experience: 15+ years of experience in EPC/Oil & Gas projects including 3-5 years in Offshore
