Although we come from different backgrounds and cultures, our values are what we have in common and keep us connected. <br><br><br>Responsibilities:<br><p><strong>Key Roles & Responsibilities</strong></p><br><p>• Ensure the Milaha Offshore & Marine Business Management Systems, including HSE and Quality frameworks, are effectively communicated, implemented, and maintained across all operational sites.<br>• Uphold and maintain accreditations and compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.<br>• Support the development, review, and implementation of departmental operational procedures, risk assessments, and work instructions in alignment with company and regulatory requirements.<br>• Lead the planning and facilitation of risk management exercises, including HAZOP, HAZID, SIMOPS, and SWIFT analyses in coordination with clients and stakeholders.<br>• Develop and manage project-specific HSE documentation such as HIRAs, Bridging Documents, Emergency Response Plans, and Safety Cases, ensuring approval, dissemination, and periodic review for effectiveness.<br>• Ensure all dive and ROV operations are risk-assessed, documented, and executed by competent personnel using approved equipment and procedures.<br>• Monitor and report performance against Quality and HSE KPIs; drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet or exceed contractual and business targets.<br>• Maintain and operate client contractual reporting tools, ensuring timely and accurate sharing of HSE and operational statistics (daily/weekly/monthly) across Milaha Offshore & Marine.<br>• Conduct regular site visits to assess compliance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support Line Managers in implementing corrective actions.<br>• Drive safety culture across projects and worksites by promoting awareness, leading behavioural safety initiatives, and reinforcing mental health and well-being practices.<br>• Provide targeted safety awareness training for site personnel and ensure alignment with best practices and evolving regulatory standards.<br>• Perform internal audits, inspections, and gap assessments; support external, client, and regulatory audits, ensuring timely closure of non-conformities and action items.<br>• Maintain a current matrix of permitted operations, ensuring alignment with competency and operational control requirements.<br>• Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure that training content is relevant, technically validated, and responsive to field realities.<br>• Provide expert HSE and operational guidance to Project Managers and Business Unit Leadership to enhance contract delivery and strategic performance.<br> </p><br><br>Qualifications:<br><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications/Experience/Skills</strong><br><strong>Education & Professional Qualification:</strong><br>• 3-year Full-Time Degree (Associated Degree) and Chartered member of IOSH, or NEBOSH Diploma (NVQ6 or higher) and technical Dive / ROV qualifications<br>• Lead Auditor (14001 / 9001 / 45001)<br>• Incident Investigation: Advanced / Team leader (Tap Root / Kelvin TopSet)<br>• Hold a valid full driving license (Transferable to Qatari license required)<br>• Valid offshore certification (BOSIET / H2S OPITO)<br><strong>Professional Experience:</strong><br>8 to 10 years of industry experience in a similar role (Familiar with Offshore Projects, AIR/SAT Diving & ROV Operations, Survey a plus).</p><br><p><strong>Geographic Experience:</strong><br>GCC is Preferable but not essential<br><strong>Computer Skills:</strong><br>Fully conversant with MS Office and web applications.<br><strong>Language Skills:</strong><br>Business Fluent in English – both written and spoken is required<br>Arabic a plus<br><strong>Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge:</strong><br>A high degree of understanding of AIR/SAT Diving and its supporting equipment, and operations.<br>Understanding of Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROV)<br>Understanding of Survey operations a plus<br>Knowledge of the following standards:<br>ISO 9001<br>ISO 14001<br>ISO 45001<br>IOGP guidelines <br>IMCA Guidelines</p><br><p><strong>Others:</strong><br>Pleasant personality<br>Good interpersonal and communication skills</p><br> </div>

<p>The Specialist Surgeon will be taking part in delivery of care to the patient both as in-patients and Out-patient basis. They will be part of oncall rota that involves providing front line care by covering the Emergency department and the inpatient services. They will perform Fracture reductions other emergency procedures in ED when required. As oncall doctors they will also assist in Emergency theatres for orthopaedic cases.<br>As for the Outpatient services, they will be expected to run the fracture clinics under supervision of Attending surgeon. There will also be opportunities to see patients in regular elective clinics under supervision. They will be regular elective theatre sessions.<br>For the inpatient services, they will function within the Department of Surgery to assist in the care of the Orthopedic patients. Care is delivered as part of an interprofessional team. The Specialist is responsible for assessment of patients as well as carrying out the care plans. Care is on the wards as well as in the intensive care areas such as PICU, NICU, and ER. There is a variable requirement for the incumbent to work in other areas such as the operating room and clinic. The Specialist reports to the consultant Attending surgeon, who will have a supervisory role.</p><br><p>Work will involve shift work including overnight shifts in hospital. This is a full-time position with the work hours as dictated by Sidra policy. Participation in scholarly and quality projects will be required.
