Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco IP Telephony solutions to ensure reliable voice communications. Configure and administer F5 Load Balancers for traffic optimization, high availability, and redundancy. Manage and support enterprise firewall platforms including Cisco FTD, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, and Fortinet. Configure and maintain secure remote connectivity solutions such as Cisco Any Connect VPN and Site-to-Site VPNs. Administer Meraki switches and security appliances within the enterprise network environment. Utilize Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) for network access control, policy enforcement, and secure authentication. Manage Azure networking services including Virtual Networks (VNet), Network Virtual Appliances (NVA), subscriptions, and regional deployments. Support Google Cloud Platform (GCP) networking services including VPC, Cloud Load Balancing, Cloud Armor, and Identity-Aware Proxy (IAP). Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network performance to ensure maximum uptime, security, and reliability. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Hands-on experience managing Cisco networking technologies and enterprise network environments. Strong understanding of network infrastructure, routing, switching, and security concepts. Knowledge of network protocols, application transport technologies, and connectivity solutions. Experience using network monitoring, diagnostic, and analysis tools. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
