Job Responsibilities:-

Lead and deliver TIBCO-based integration projects successfully across multiple regions

Ensure delivery milestones and SLAs are met as per the project plan

Manage client communication, stakeholder alignment, and resource planning

Identify new business opportunities in the integration services vertical

Prepare and respond to RFPs, proposals, bids in BFSI and other domains

Recruit and onboard right-fit candidates for integration projects

Work with distributed teams across geographies (onsite/offshore)

Occasionally travel to client sites or global delivery centers as required

Able to face the client
