Communicate with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues. Perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen and mechanical room equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines. Carry equipment (e.g., tools, radio). Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment and all utility shut-offs for buildings. Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed. Communicate each day’s activities and problems that occur to the other shifts using approved communication programs and standards. Display basic knowledge or ability to acquire knowledge in the following categories: air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic/electronic systems and controls, carpentry and finish skills, kitchen equipment, vehicles, energy conservation, and/or general building. Perform all surface preparation, painting, minor drywall and wood trim repair, light bulb and A/C filter replacement and the complete and thorough cleanup of the painting or repair area. Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment, plumbing (e.g., plunge toilets and unclog drains), electrical components including lamps, cosmetic items, extension cords, vacuum cleaners, internet devices, replace electrical switches and outlets, and other guestroom items. Program TV's and perform general housekeeping and engineering-related inventory duties. Use the Lockout/Tagout system before performing any maintenance work. Perform repairs on interior and exterior landscaping as well as external landscaping sprinklers. Display basic computer skills including inputting air handler schedules and making temperature changes.<br>Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications; and properly store flammable materials. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Adhere to quality expectations and standards. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and heavier lifting or movement tasks with assistance. Move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladders. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Enter and locate work-related information using computers. As the Buyer II, you will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and expediting materials, equipment, and services required to support facilities operations at Al Udeid Air Base. This position ensures timely procurement in compliance with contract requirements, U. S. government regulations, base access rules, and company policies. <p>1. To Prepare and Supervise all types of rigging equipment installed at the Refinery</p><br>

<p>cranes, winches, lifting beams, bridge cranes, chain blocks, rigging hardware</p><br>
<p>including slings, eyebolts, wire ropes, etc.</p><br>

Customer (Internal & External):</span></p><br><p><span>-</span><span>Assists with collection, analysis and storage of relevant business, financial and operational information on the Unit’s borrowers, transactions and bank counterparties and correspondents as required by KYC and other bank and regulatory policies and procedures.</span></p><br><p><span>-</span><span>Conducts proactive gathering, analysis and reporting of market and business information (current market conditions and trends, competitor actions, customer preferences as well as other market and industry developments) through regularly interaction with key market participants (banks, major corporations, government entities) to collect general market intelligence and obtain feedback on QNB's position and stature in the local, regional and international markets.</span></p><br><p><span>-</span><span>Maintains and strengthens relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other market players who are active in the Global Structured Finance industry in order to ensure QNB is well positioned to identify future business opportunities, benefit from business potential and meet business objectives related to Global Structured Finance activities.</span></p><br><p><span>-</span><span>Continually keep abreast with the local, regional and international financial markets and economic environment. Internal (Processes, Products, Regulatory):</span></p><br><p><span>-</span><span>Acts as a support to the main Transaction Officer for the structuring, credit processing, preparation, loan documentation, execution and distribution of assigned Global Structured Finance transactions.</span></p><br><p><span>-</span><span>Assists with data collection for, and preparation of, comprehensive credit proposals, credit and marketing presentations (including customer, business, project, market and or industry information), for new / prospective customers; or periodic reviews and or monitoring of existing customers, in accordance with Credit Policy and procedures of the bank</span></p><br><p><span>-</span><span>Performs verification of information on Global Structured Finance transactions to ensure correctness of data.</span></p><br><p><span>-</span><span>Provides information and support to the team when reviewing the credit worthiness and financial feasibility of the individual project financing proposals based on analysis of current and future market conditions, debt service capability of the expected cash flows and other financial information of the individual borrowers and projects.</span></p><br><p><span>-</span><span>Ensure QNB’s interests are adequately safeguarded before recommending approval of the credit.</span></p><br><p><span>-</span><span>Will assist in the preparation of Credit Summary Report, credit proposals and other credit and business memos, in accordance with Credit Policy and procedures and adequately address all relevant risk factors and ensure that international credit standards, procedures, requirements and practices are adhered to.</span></p><br><p><span>-</span><span>Coordinates with internal and or external legal counsel to ensure that all legal and security documents required by the transactions are complete, prepared in proper format, legally binding and enforceable.</span></p><br><p><span>-</span><span>Liaises when required with the other parties comprising the project financing consortium, which would be dependent on the role assigned to the other parties within the consortium.</span></p><br><p><span>-</span><span>Ensures that copies of duly executed Facility Agreement and other legal and security documents, including conditions precedent, are immediately provided to Credit Department and Agency Unit as per procedures of the bank.</span></p><br><p><span>-</span><span>Provide information for collating and storing information on the Unit's transactions, activities, and performance in a timely, accurate and efficient manner as required by the existing procedures.</span></p><br><p><span>-</span><span>Maintains and updates data base for Unit’s activities, customer contacts, existing and potential clients’ information, transactions and deal pipelines, banking opportunities and other relevant and critical information for the Unit.</span></p><br><p><span>-</span><span>Will provide support for conducting required periodic reviews and updates for existing Global Structured Finance transactions’ performance, and other risk assessment techniques in line with Credit Risk Policies and requirements.</span></p><br><p><span>-</span><span>Maintains and updates standard and user friendly business and financial reports using an internal data warehouse and all relevant public information sources as per Global Structured Finance Unit team requirement and inquiries.</span></p><br><p><span>-</span><span>Builds and maintains strong working relationships with other Departments and functions within the Bank to ensure that any problems and or internal disputes are avoided, or resolved promptly and in an efficient and mutually satisfactory manner.</span></p><br><p><span>-</span><span>Performs cross selling activities to enhance QNB’s overall relationship with customers by coordinating activities with other QNB units/ departments.</span></p><br><p><span>-</span><span>Ensures that all QNB Group policies procedures and regulatory requirements are followed.</span></p><br><p><span>-</span><span>Interprets and applies customer research and feedback into tangible product development initiatives by providing inputs to relevant units of the QNB Group.</span></p><br><p><span>-</span><span>Ensures provision of timely and accurate information to Department Head to be given to the QNB's senior management team, external and internal auditors and the Group's compliance function as and when required or appropriate.</span></p><br><p><span>-</span><span>Performs any other tasks assigned by the direct manager pertaining to Corporate and Institutional Banking Division or QNB’s Global Structured Finance activities.</span></p><br><p><span>D. <p>Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns in line with the hotel's annual marketing and commercial strategy. Support campaigns for rooms, F&B outlets, promotions, events, packages, seasonal offers and hotel activities. Coordinate paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google Ads. Monitor campaign performance and make recommendations to improve reach, engagement, conversions and return on investment. Support email marketing campaigns and digital promotions to drive bookings, enquiries and guest engagement. Social Media Management Manage the hotel's social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and other relevant platforms. Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar aligned with hotel promotions, events, F&B activities and brand campaigns. Create, schedule and publish engaging content including photographs, videos, reels, stories, graphics and written content. Monitor comments, messages, mentions and online interactions, responding professionally and escalating guest concerns where required. Monitor social media trends, competitor activity and emerging platforms and recommend relevant opportunities for the hotel. Content Creation & Brand Management Create engaging digital content that reflects the identity and positioning of Ibis and Adagio. Support photography and videography requirements for hotel facilities, rooms, F&B outlets, events and guest experiences. Produce or coordinate digital artwork, promotional materials and social media creatives while ensuring compliance with Accor brand guidelines. Ensure consistency of messaging, imagery, logos and visual identity across all digital channels. Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies, photographers, designers and other creative partners when required. Website, OTA & Online Presence Maintain and regularly update hotel website content, ensuring information, images, offers and promotions are accurate and up to date. Monitor and maintain hotel listings across relevant online travel agencies and third-party platforms. Support the management of Google Business Profiles and other online listings to ensure accurate hotel information, images and promotional content. Assist with SEO activities, including keyword optimisation, content updates and improving online visibility. Identify opportunities to improve the hotel's digital guest journey and increase direct bookings. Analytics & Reporting Monitor website traffic, social media performance, digital campaigns and online engagement. Track key digital marketing KPIs including reach, engagement, traffic, conversions and campaign performance. Prepare regular digital marketing reports and provide recommendations based on performance data. Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and emerging trends. Use analytical tools and dashboards to evaluate campaign effectiveness and support data-driven decisions. Cross-Departmental Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Revenue, Reservations, Front Office, F&B and Operations teams to support commercial objectives. Coordinate digital campaigns and content for hotel events, promotions and special occasions. Ensure digital activities support room occupancy, F&B revenue, events and overall hotel performance. Liaise with external agencies and partners when required.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field. Minimum 2 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, communications, e-commerce or a related role. Previous experience in hospitality or hotel marketing is highly preferred. Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing principles. Experience with Meta Business Suite / Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Search Console is an advantage. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing and online advertising. Experience managing website/CMS and OTA content is an advantage. Basic graphic design, photography and video-editing skills. Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office and relevant digital marketing tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong creative, organisational and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced hotel environment. Commercially minded with an understanding of how digital marketing can support direct bookings, room revenue and F&B revenue. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.</p>
