Qualifications:The expert shall hold a bachelor/ master’s degree in a field of oil/ Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering (with specialization in oil/petroleum and gas infrastructure). Possession of professional certificate in occupational Health Safety administration is a must.<br>Experience:The oil/petroleum and gas storage facility expert with a bachelor's degree shall have 15 years of extensive experience in construction supervision, particularly in industrial facilities, storage tanks, Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) or liquified petroleum gas (LPG) infrastructure. Direct experience with the construction and supervision of CNG/LPG facility or similar hazardous material storage facilities is highly desirable.
