An international consultancy engineering company is seeking a Financial Expert Oil and Gas for its Oil and Gas project in East-Africa, Rwanda. Qualifications:The Financial Expert should have a bachelor / Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics. A professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is a must. Additional training in public financial management, project finance, or infrastructure financing will be an added advantage.
Experience:The Financial Expert with a bachelor's degree should have a minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience in financial management, preferably in _ large-scale infrastructure projects like (Power generation, transmission, oil/petroleum and gas storage facility) and 10 years of experience for a master's degree holder.
