We are looking for a Payroll Manager to join (UCC Holding Group) in Doha, Qatar. This role will be responsible for managing accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery across multiple entities, ensuring adherence to Qatar and Kazakhstan payroll regulations, statutory requirements, and internal governance standards. Ensure updates are processed for new joiners, separations, promotions, transfers, salary changes, and other personnel movements. Ensure all associate documentation is uploaded and maintained in the HRIS and payroll systems. Act as the primary point of contact for HRIS and payroll system-related matters. Create and maintain positions within HRIS systems for recruitment, promotions, and transfers. Support system users and coordinate appropriate access levels. Ensure all positions and reporting lines are maintained accurately within the system. Update and monitor leave balances, public holidays, and attendance records.
