The successful candidate will be responsible for managing workshop operations, field service activities, project execution, inventory control, customer satisfaction, and team performance while ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, and compliance with quality and safety standards.<br><br>The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in hydraulic systems, leadership capabilities, and extensive experience managing service and repair operations within industrial, oil & gas, marine, construction, and manufacturing sectors.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Operations Management<br><br>Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the hydraulic workshop and field service teams. Ensure timely execution of hydraulic repair, maintenance, overhaul, and installation projects. Develop operational plans to achieve business objectives and customer requirements. Monitor operational performance, productivity, and service quality. Implement best practices to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.<br>Workshop & Service Management<br><br>Oversee hydraulic pump, motor, cylinder, valve, and power unit repair activities.
