Proactively follow up on unresolved tickets, escalations, and SLA breaches, implementing corrective actions as needed. Validate and integrate ticketing data, ensuring data accuracy and reliability for reporting and analysis. Technical Support & Troubleshooting Provide hands-on technical assistance and troubleshooting support for complex issues that require senior-level expertise. Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures to enhance system reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of IT services across the organization. User Support & Training Train and mentor the support team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to handle technical issues effectively. Support Team Performance First-Time Fix Rate: Percentage of tickets resolved on the first attempt (Target: 95%+). Stakeholder Feedback: Satisfaction rate from Qatar office staff regarding IT support and services (Target: 95%+ positive feedback). Data Integration & Accuracy Data Validation Rate: Percentage of accurate and validated ticketing data (Target: 100% accuracy). Reporting Timeliness: Timely delivery of weekly and monthly performance reports (Target: 100% on schedule). Training & Development Team Training Coverage: Percentage of team members trained on new tools and technologies (Target: 100% of the team within 3 months of tool introduction). Must be an Expert in design & engineering of subsea umbilicals. Have experience in subsea umbilical crossing design, loadout, installation, and J-tube pulling operations. Have experience in power cable crossing design, loadout, installation, shore approach, and shore pulling analysis. Experience in and understanding of subsea umbilical pre-commissioning / commissioning operations Primary Duties And Responsibilities Provide technical design and engineering services in subsea umbilical and power cable Engineering (Offshore) for all assigned engineering projects. Achieving the technical quality of work in accordance with Company procedures, whilst considering quality, schedule, cost and HSE. Conduct Umbilical and Power Cable Engineering (Offshore) activities of in-house site surveys for projects, from initial concept definition phase through to; engineering studies, FEED, detailed design and commissioning. Ensure the required Company technical assurance practices, engineering standards, environmental and safety policies are incorporated and followed, in workscopes and whilst conducting Pipeline Engineering (Offshore) activities. Review technical deviations and variations to approved guidelines, codes, standards and practices. Support Engineering Department to review, update and apply Company standards and amendments to external standards. Plan and co-ordinate activities of a team of multidiscipline engineers for providing timely delivery of technical services to meet the project requirements. Act as the focal point for technical matters and take a lead role on behalf of Company on matters associated with subsea facilities. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with commercial acumen to identify opportunities, develop tailored solutions, manage tenders, and build lasting relationships with consultants, contractors, clients, and business partners.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Drive the sales and promotion of pumps and other mechanical products across targeted projects and market segments.</li><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities by monitoring upcoming projects, market trends, customer requirements.</li><li>Review BOQs, drawings, specifications, tender documents, and technical requirements to determine appropriate product solutions.</li><li>Select suitable pumps and mechanical products and recommend technically compliant, efficient, and commercially competitive solutions.</li><li>Prepare accurate cost estimates, quotations, technical and commercial proposals, tender submissions, and material submittals.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, dealers, clients, and business partners.</li><li>Identify potential new products and international principals based on market demand and strategic business opportunities.</li><li>Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Credit Management, and technical teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.</li></ul> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2> <div data-jb-field="skills"><ul><li>Proven experience in technical or project sales involving pumps, water systems, or related mechanical products.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of pump selection, BOQs, project specifications, tendering, quotations, and material submittals.</li><li>Excellent business development, negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-management capabilities.</li><li>Good understanding of Qatar’s construction, infrastructure, industrial, and MEP markets is highly preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office applications; Arabic language skills and a valid Qatar driving licence are considered advantages.</li></ul> “Lead the future, start with the best.”Join Mannai Corporation’s Energy & Industrial Markets (E&IM) Division and drive the growth of our mechanical products and pumps business by developing strong client partnerships, expanding our market presence, and delivering sustainable commercial results. </div>
