Job Description Position: Senior Manager / Vice President – Transaction Banking (Cash Management & Trade Finance) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Transaction Banking professional to drive the growth of Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Supply Chain Finance business within our Domestic Wholesale Banking portfolio. The role is responsible for increasing fee-based income, expanding transaction banking relationships, delivering tailored working capital solutions, and driving digital adoption across corporate clients. Key Responsibilities Drive fee income growth through Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Supply Chain Finance (SCF) solutions. Develop and execute strategies to expand transaction banking business across existing and prospective corporate clients. Increase wallet share by identifying cross-selling opportunities and deepening client relationships. Promote digital transaction banking platforms and end-to-end cash and trade solutions. Structure and deliver customized working capital, liquidity, and payment solutions aligned with client requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, Trade Finance Heads, and senior corporate decision-makers. Identify new business opportunities within trading sectors, including import/export, commodities, manufacturing, and distribution. Partner with Relationship Managers and Product teams to deliver integrated banking solutions. Achieve fee income, revenue, and portfolio growth targets while maintaining high service standards. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management guidelines. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline. An MBA or professional banking qualification is preferred. Minimum 12 years of banking experience, with a strong focus on Transaction Banking, Cash Management, or Trade Finance. Proven track record in generating fee income through transaction banking products and solutions. Strong understanding of Cash Management, Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Payments, Collections, Liquidity Management, and Working Capital solutions. Experience in Qatar or GCC wholesale banking markets is highly preferred. Exposure to trading sector clients, including import/export, commodities, and distribution businesses, is an advantage. Strong client relationship management, business development, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Preferred Skills Expertise in transaction banking sales and solution structuring. Knowledge of digital transaction banking platforms and treasury solutions.
