Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into business opportunities. Ensure all guest areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and functionality. Monitor daily schedules, therapist allocations, fitness classes, and facility utilization. Conduct regular inspections of treatment rooms, gym equipment, pool facilities, changing rooms, and wellness areas. Ensure all operating procedures and luxury service standards are consistently followed. Support implementation of wellness programs, fitness activities, and special events. Welcome guests and members with professionalism and personalized service. Handle guest inquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and effectively. Conduct facility tours for prospective members and hotel guests. Ensure all guests receive accurate information regarding treatments, memberships, fitness programs, and wellness services. Drive guest satisfaction and encourage repeat visits through exceptional service delivery. Oversee fitness instructors, pool attendants, and wellness staff. Support fitness assessments, gym inductions, and wellness consultations. Coordinate group fitness classes, wellness workshops, and recreational activities. Ensure safe operation and proper use of fitness equipment. Promote healthy lifestyle initiatives and wellness programs to guests and members. Supervise spa reception, therapists, fitness instructors, pool attendants, and support staff. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management. Conduct daily briefings and departmental meetings. Ensure adequate staffing levels and schedule coverage for Spa, Fitness, and Pool operations. Foster teamwork, motivation, and a positive working environment. Support achievement of departmental revenue and profitability targets. Promote spa treatments, retail products, memberships, personal training, and wellness packages. Monitor daily sales performance and recommend strategies to increase revenue. Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting. Ensure effective upselling and cross-selling practices are implemented by the team. Monitor inventory levels of retail products, amenities, linens, equipment, and operating supplies. Conduct monthly inventory counts and stock control procedures. Assist with ordering, receiving, and storage of products and supplies. Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and guest profiles. Ensure all maintenance issues are reported and followed up promptly. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health regulations, and safety procedures. Maintain sanitation standards throughout all facilities. Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments. Ensure emergency procedures are understood and followed by all team members. This position also works closely with the Culinary team and F&B team members to provide a seamless experience for our guests.<br><br>We are looking for a charismatic individual who has a love for engaging our discerning guests to identify their dining preferences as it pertains to culinary, wine, ambience etc., must have an extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, and trending international cuisines. Previous experience managing a restaurant outlet within a luxury hotel environment is ideal. Individuals must display creativity and flair and the ability to provide guidance to others, and be able to evidence good business acumen, excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. Applicants are required to have 3-5 years of restaurant management experience within a high-end hotel restaurant. Or a proven track record in an upscale free-standing restaurant. Ensure the Food Safety and Hygiene Management System is maintained in order to support a safe, clean and friendly workplace environment at all times for colleagues and guests. Keep up to date with competitive restaurants by monitoring and analyzing menus, product and service and keep up to date with international and regional trends to maintain a competitive advantage. Create a high performance feedback culture at all levels within the restaurant that allows the team to contribute to the success of the business and be rewarded and recognized for their individual contribution. Demonstrate an extensive knowledge of products, operating procedures and service specifications. Fully competent in techniques and knowledge described in the outlet/departmental manual. Handle guest complaints within the required timeframe and inform the outlet/department (s) concerned on the result. Implement flexible schedules in order to accommodate the business needs, and accurate confirmation of timesheets. Communicate with employees and managers to ensure operational needs are met as well as attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.
