<p>Job Summary</p><p>We are seeking an experienced <b>Civil Engineer</b> with practical experience in warehouse construction and industrial building projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating civil construction activities, ensuring that all works are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and applicable local regulations.</p><p>The role requires strong site-management skills and experience in foundations, concrete works, structural works, flooring, drainage, external works, and coordination with MEP and other project teams.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Review project drawings, specifications, method statements, material submittals, and approved construction documents.</li><li>Plan, supervise, and coordinate civil works for warehouses, industrial buildings, storage facilities, and related <p>As a Business Tax Manager at Deloitte, you will lead a team in providing comprehensive tax advisory and compliance services to our clients. <h4>Qualifications</h4>

<li>6+ years of general tax experience, preferably with at least five years focused on international, regional and national taxation.</li>
<li>Experience with a Big 4 firm, law firm, or large corporate tax department of a multinational company is required.</li>
<li>In-depth, first-hand experience of a wide range of industries.</li>
<li>Significant experience in corporate tax, including advisory and compliance.</li>
<li>Excellent research skills and strong written and verbal communications skills.</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of tax and business laws and regulations.</li>
<li>Excellent project management and presentation skills required.</li>
<li>Prior supervisory experience required.</li>

Summary:<br><br>We are seeking a highly experienced Facility Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP and previous experience in Facility Management (FM). They should also possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, a valid UPDA Certification, and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
