The Senior Infrastructure / Roads / Underground Services Engineer will assist the Project Manager and/or Resident Engineer in administering the operational functions of the day-to-day infrastructure, road, drainage, and underground utility activities on the project. The role will include reviewing design submissions, shop drawings, method statements, material submittents, RFIs, technical queries, and construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, applicable standards, and authority requirements. Scope of work defined. Budget of hours assigned. Corporate and Project procedures. Schedule<br>Responsible of the complete development of the cycle of “Technical Purchase” of the assigned equipment. Full cooperation with the Client (response of comments at the expected time and with the required quality), other Departments (Technical Office, Process, Procurement, Inspection, Projects ...), making every effort to provide the technical information needed to develop their own work. As Requisitions Originator, sufficient capacity and hierarchy to request and demand the necessary collaboration at the appropriate level of technical quality and schedule to the other Departments with influence into the equipment which it is ultimately responsible. Attendance at Project meetings when required. Review assigned activities and Include information about activities completed in TAES application in weekly basis. Identify technical and economical improvements opportunities in their work area and propose them. Propose Lessons Learned and Value Engineering actions. Lessons Learned System.<br>Requirements:<br>Valid MMUP/UPDA First Category Engineer certification/registration.<br>Minimum 12–15 years of relevant engineering experience, including substantial experience in Qatar/GCC;Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Engineering in the relevant discipline;Strong relevant Engineering and Project experience;Previous experience working on major projects in Qatar is highly preferred;Good knowledge of Qatar Engineering standards, regulations, and Project requirements;Strong communication, coordination, and technical skills.

Analyze and implement contractual documentation and normative To develop following activities for Equipment and Electrical material under its responsibility:Sizing Study Technical Specifications Requisitions MTOTechnical Bid Evaluation Follow-up to the purchase orders to comply with the milestones related to information and equipment delivery. Coordinate information and requirements with disciplines directly related to Electrical Department (Purchasing, Inspection, Projects). To supervise and participate in the team work performance as guideline by Electrical team Leader. To assure properly use of the management tools:Smart Plant Materials (Marian). Document Management System (Documentum). VDDR & IAP<br>Additional to above activities, to support during proposal development:<br>Collaborate with Cost estimation for proposals. Development of MTO for Equipment and material Installations To prepare deviations and clarifications lists Design Management:Collaborate with Team leader with team members integration To identify difficulties during the work performance and report to Team leader in order to be solved.
