Role Objective <br>The Investment Officer will assist in processing of all FEQ/PT, Bond/PT and QE transactions for the corresponding banks, in accordance with Doha Bank and regulatory guidelines. The incumbent will ensure prompt receipt of approvals, maintain records on transaction volume, and contribute towards MIS reporting on account of audit/procedural requirements. The job holder will ensure that all pending cases in relation to the corresponding are attended to, in a timely manner.<br>Detailed Roles and Responsibilities:<br>Perform all operational activities as assigned by the Section Head – Treasury & Investment Operations, in compliance with local regulations, Doha Bank’s policies and approved T&I Operations policies and procedures. Receive, review and record all documents approved by the respective internal departments/stakeholders with respect to FEQ/PT, Bond/PT and QE transactions, in line with the approval matrix, and as per the bank’s T&I Operations Policy and Procedure guidelines. Ensure that the details pertaining to FEQ/PT, Bond/PT and QE transactions are promptly recorded in the respective pending cases file, to have an accurate tracking of the same. Ensure that rights issue applications are obtained from the respective T&I employees prior to rights issue investments. Review and process the rights issue applications received from the corresponding banks in a timely manner and as per the SLAs. Liaise with the Investment dealers/ Stock Brokers to obtain confirmations through the approved communication modes on account of deals signed and executed. Liaise with the respective employees, for rectification of discrepancies, if any found, with respect to approvals and/or deals. Promptly keep system and hard copy of records related to all the investment proposals received, post accounting of transactions by the respective assigned staffs, furthering the execution. Assist the Section Head in reviewing and investigating in liaison with the respective departments upon the cases which are pending on account of operational errors. Contribute towards the preparation of current and up-to-date periodic/ ad-hoc reports on section activities, as directed by the Section Head – Treasury & Investment Operations, to meet regulatory/audit/compliance/procedural requirements. Perform daily verification and reconciliation of outstanding items related to Doha Bank NOSTRO accounts against the manual/ system posting carried out by the respective employees.<br>Educational Qualifications & Experience: <br>University graduate with a degree in Business or Banking or Finance or any other related discipline. Master’s degree in Management any other related discipline will be an added advantage.05-08 years of total experience in financial services/banking industry, entailing responsibilities pertaining to the specific area of discipline. Experience in treasury and investment settlements operations in banking industry.

The Senior Correspondent Banking and Control Officer will be responsible for overseeing the administration and operations of the Correspondent Banking & Control unit, ensuring efficient service delivery to foreign clients. The role involves managing the opening of forex accounts for settlement, coordinating AML reviews, conducting due diligence on correspondent banking relationships, and assisting with the assessment of suspicious activities and financial institution (FI) transactions.<br>Key Responsibilities:Ensure end to end process in onboarding Nostro/Vostro/RMA relationships Ensure end to end process in onboarding RMA relationships Ensure end to end process in onboarding NBFI relationships Ensure end to end process in onboarding Brokerage relationships Conduct AML Annual Due Diligence exercise on all established relationships Onboard relationships required by Doha Finance Limited / DB Securities Limited Respond to all incoming KYC queries on behalf of Doha Bank Q. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services or banking industry, with a focus on correspondent banking and international banking. Strong understanding of service delivery, correspondent banking practices, and financial institution transactions. Experience in the GCC is desirable.<br><br>Primary Duties and Responsibilities:<br><br>Responsible and accountable to provide technical services to the company in the areas of health and safety during definition, detailed design, and execution stages to ensure contractor(s) compliance with established HSE policies, guidelines, procedures, standards, and regulations. Support and maintain a strong safety culture in line with the company vision, strategy, and values. Identify and implement risk reduction measures based on hazard identification and risk assessment studies in all areas and phases of construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning. Work closely with the risk assessment specialist and other parties. Participate in checking and reviewing method statements, JSA’s, safety certifications, and other related documents submitted by contractors/project consultants. Report any non-compliance, lapses or issues to the immediate supervisor. Monitors site HSE programs and safe work practices, and reviews and evaluates data/information/systems as required. Carry out duties and responsibilities for all areas of work covered in HSE aspects of EPIC Projects. Ensure company and contractor personnel adhere to HSE standards, policies, guidelines, procedures, standards, and regulations. Provide oversight in the field for the EPIC contractor, subcontractor(s) and vendors to verify understanding and compliance with project HSE requirements. Responsible for monitoring related activities within project sites and conducting daily inspections and ensuring the work being carried out is in line with the approved JSA, risk assessment, method statement, and approved permit to work system. Responsible for Management and site implementation of HSE requirements throughout the project duration and collaborate with relevant departments, stakeholders and disciplines to ensure regulatory compliance Supports and provides inputs to the Sr HSE Engineer for implementing the Project HSE Performance Monitoring, HSE Objectives and Initiatives, HSE-related procedures, guidelines, standards, and policies to ensure Project activities are conducted safely and in compliance with Operational and Corporate requirements. Implement the company's Environment Management system and be capable of identifying noncompliance and recommending immediate corrective measures and long-term solutions to prevent recurrence. Monitor the implementation of HSE legal requirements, regulatory bodies, national laws and regulations, and State of Qatar-ratified international conventions and protocols within project activities. Participate and provide support to carry out and maintain records of Project HSE risk register to ensure proper recording, monitoring and close-out of project HSE risks throughout the project duration. Participate in the review of contractors' HSE documentations (HSE Plan, HSE Procedures and other HSE requirements) to ensure contractors are compliant with HSE requirements. Participate in review of contractor’s HSE personnel CVs and competence assessment test/personal interview prior to mobilization of contractors HSE personnel at project site to ensure compliance with operator Corporate Standard for Managing HSE In Contracts Conduct incident investigation and reporting, including the implementation of preventive and corrective actions of incidents/accidents that occur within projects to ensure compliance with corporate procedures for incident management. Conduct site safety meetings and HSE awareness among company project staff and Contractors Conduct safety audits on the project involving all parties to ensure compliance with safety policies and advise corrective actions, following up to ensure proper implementation. Compile reports and prepare statistical and trend analysis reports to assess safety performances. Contribute towards updating HSE codes, standards, specifications, and philosophies.
