In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee all project controls functions for major airport development and expansion initiatives. Key Responsibilities✔ Manage the complete immigration lifecycle, including visa applications, work permits, entry permits, medical commission, biometrics, Qatar ID issuance and renewals, sponsorship transfers, exit permits, and cancellations.✔ Manage dependant sponsorship and family residency processes in line with company policies.✔ Maintain compliance and documentation with key government authorities including Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Labour, QFC Authority, Ministry of Public Health, and Immigration Department.✔ Monitor and track expiry dates for Qatar IDs, passports, health cards, establishment documents, and other legal records to ensure timely renewals.✔ Stay updated on regulatory changes related to labour laws, visa quotas, Qatarisation requirements, and sponsorship regulations.✔ Manage PRO teams and government service providers, ensuring service quality, turnaround times, and compliance standards.✔ Control government-related expenses, payments, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.✔ Coordinate employee mobilization and demobilization activities with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and business teams.✔ Maintain accurate immigration records within HR systems while ensuring confidentiality of employee documentation. What We're Looking For Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum 7 years of experience in Government Relations and Immigration within Qatar. Strong knowledge of Qatar immigration, labour, and sponsorship regulations. Hands-on experience with government platforms including Metrash, Hukoomi, Ministry of Labour portals, and other e-services. Valid Qatar Driving Licence is required. PRO Card holder experience is highly advantageous. Experience working with QFC-registered entities is preferred. Strong relationship management skills with government authorities and external service providers. Excellent documentation, compliance tracking, and team/vendor management skills. Arabic and English proficiency required.
