<p><br></p><p>About the Role We are looking for a Site Architect to work under the Programme Management Business Group, providing project management and construction supervision services. The Site Architect will assist the Project Manager and/or Resident Engineer in administering the day-to-day operational activities of the project. The role will include the review and processing of architectural submittals by contractors, including design documents, prequalification submissions, material proposals, shop drawings, method statements, construction drawings, RFIs and as-built documentation. The Site Architect will also undertake site inspections and continuous surveillance of assigned architectural and interior works to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, applicable codes, quality requirements, construction schedules, and health and safety requirements. <p><br></p><p>About the Role We are looking for a HV Electrical Engineer Primary Substations to work under the Construction Phase Services Business Group in Qatar, providing project management, design review, construction supervision, technical assessment, testing and commissioning support for high-voltage primary substations, in addition to the required building electrical services and associated power infrastructure works.</p><p>The HV Electrical Engineer will assist the Project Manager, Resident Engineer and/or Engineering Manager in administering the technical and operational functions of the project. The role will be responsible for the HV primary substation scope apart from building electrical services, including review of design, review of contractor and vendor submissions, coordination with service lines and stakeholders, supervision of electrical works, and ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, utility authority requirements, and relevant international standards.</p><p>The HV Electrical Engineer will provide technical leadership for HV primary substation systems, including GIS/AIS switchgear, power transformers, HV cables, protection and control, SCADA/SAS, earthing, lightning protection, power system studies, and interfaces with the building electrical services. Senior Cloud and Network Security Engineer (Azure)<br><br>Position Summary<br><br>We are seeking a Senior Cloud and Network Security Engineer with at least 10 years of relevant experience to design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructure across Microsoft Azure and on-premises environments.<br><br>This role combines network security architecture with hands-on engineering, with particular responsibility for DNS, VPN connectivity, Azure Private Endpoints, proxies, and on-premises firewalls. The successful candidate will support multiple projects, translating business and technical requirements into secure, reliable, and scalable network designs.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Network Architecture and Project Delivery<br><br>- Design end-to-end network security architectures for Azure and hybrid environments, ensuring alignment with enterprise security standards and project requirements.<br>- Develop high-level and low-level designs, network diagrams, IP addressing plans, traffic flow mappings, and firewall rule matrices.<br>- Define network segmentation, routing,
