This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, paid advertising, social media management, and the fitness market, with the ability to create engaging campaigns that promote gym memberships, personal training services, fitness classes, and wellness programs.</li><li>You will play a key role in strengthening our brand presence, generating qualified leads, and supporting business growth in the Qatari fitness market.</li><li><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2></li><li>Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.</li><li>Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to maximize reach, generate leads, and achieve a high return on investment.</li><li>Develop and implement marketing campaigns specifically targeting gym memberships, personal training packages, group fitness classes, and wellness services.</li><li>Create engaging social media content, including posts, reels, stories, promotional videos, and fitness-related campaigns, to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.</li><li>Manage and grow the company's presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant social media platforms.</li><li>Develop targeted campaigns to attract new gym members, promote membership offers, increase sign-ups, and improve member retention.</li><li>Collaborate with fitness trainers, influencers, and content creators to develop promotional campaigns, fitness challenges, and brand partnerships.</li><li>Plan and execute seasonal promotions, membership discounts, referral programs, fitness events, and special offers to drive customer acquisition.</li><li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and new growth opportunities within the fitness and wellness sector.</li><li>Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and advertising platform insights, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations.</li><li>Develop and manage email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and customer re-engagement campaigns to improve member retention and encourage repeat purchases.</li><li>Optimize website content, landing pages, and online registration processes to increase conversion rates and generate qualified leads.</li><li>Work closely with the design, sales, and gym management teams to ensure consistent branding and effective execution of marketing campaigns.</li><li>Track marketing budgets, campaign performance, lead generation, membership conversions, and customer acquisition costs.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, fitness industry developments, social media algorithms, and emerging marketing tools.</li><li><h2>Qualifications and Requirements</h2></li><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Proven professional experience in digital marketing, preferably within the gym, fitness, sports, wellness, or hospitality industry.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns, preferably with a portfolio of previous work.</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media marketing, performance marketing, SEO, SEM, and lead generation.</li><li>Experience in promoting gym memberships, fitness programs, personal training services, or similar consumer-focused services is highly preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of the Qatari market, consumer behavior, and local digital marketing trends is an advantage.</li><li>Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into effective marketing strategies.</li><li>Strong communication, creativity, organizational, and project management skills.</li><li>Fluency in English is required;
