Track and manage project and program budgets, escalating variances and ensuring spend remains within approved boundaries.<br>Governance, PMO & Methodology Establish and maintain project delivery methodology, standards, and governance across Technology initiatives, including designing PMO methodology, templates, and artifacts, and implementing supporting project management tooling, providing PMO-level discipline. Plan and manage the Change Advisory Board (CAB) process, covering risk assessment, business sign-off, and release scheduling.
