Primary Purpose Of The Job<br><br>The QA/QC Engineer provides professional technical guidance with full responsibility and accountability for ensuring effective implementation of the Quality Management System across all Offshore Department activities. Raises clarifications where necessary. Reviews and understands contract price form, clarifies unit rate and lump sum breakdown. Understands planned bid strategy, build sequences and methods to execute the scope of work from operations engineer. Issues technical execution plan. Request and Coordinates inputs from Operations / Production / Shop Engineers, Yard Superintendents, Planning, Welding Engineers, QA/QC, Construction Support Engineering, Procurement.
