<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p> Carry out overhaul, preventive, corrective, predictive, breakdown maintenance, troubleshoot, and diagnostic activities related to <strong>MECHANICAL ROTATING ASPECTS</strong> of process and non-process equipment and its sub-systems, as below equipment:</p>

<li> Pumps rotating aspects (Mechanical seals, impeller, bearing, shaft, coupling, and joints)</li>
<li> Cooling tower rotating aspects (Fan blades, shaft, gearbox, coupling, and joints)</li>
<li> Air Compressor</li>
<li> AHU fans and blower</li>
<li> Overhead crane gearbox, pulley, trolley track, drum, wire rope, brake, and wheels</li>
<li> Mechanical forklift</li>
<li> Mechanical manlift</li>
<li> Fan Coil Units and Split Casing Units (Compressors, Outdoor unit, fan, and blowers)</li>
<li> Supervise, guide, and monitor work done by external vendors.</li>
<li> Prepare and submit technical log reports, checklist or forms as part of daily routine work.</li>
<li> Obtain spare parts, materials, and consumables either from internal store or external location.</li>
<li> Utilize, maintain and safe keep specific tools assigned by company.</li>
<li> Maintain proper tools, PPE s, Spares and provide annual requirements.</li>
<li> Respond to emergency situations during or after hours as part of business continuity.</li>
<li> Utilize Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) as per QCFE.</li>
<li> Where applicable, aid and support to other team members within and across the discipline, whenever required.</li>
<li> Participate in QC provided training as deemed fit by management.</li>

Role Purpose<br><br>The Data Programme / Project Manager plans and controls DAI Consultancy engagements and implementation programmes involving data governance, architecture, quality, platforms, analytics and organisational change. The role converts agreed scope and outcomes into a realistic delivery plan, coordinates multidisciplinary teams and maintains transparent control of milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, quality and acceptance.<br><br>The manager is the central coordination point between DAI Consultancy and client delivery stakeholders. The role supports client governance and prepares accurate status and decision material, but does not replace the client's sponsor or accountable programme authority. Success requires disciplined delivery management together with enough data-domain understanding to identify hidden dependencies, challenge incomplete plans and ensure that technical deliverables, adoption activities and handover are treated as one integrated programme.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Translate engagement scope, outcomes and contractual commitments into an integrated delivery plan and work-breakdown structure. Define milestones, dependencies, resources, responsibilities, quality gates, acceptance criteria and reporting cadence. Coordinate consultants, specialists, partners, vendors and client contributors across multiple workstreams. Maintain risk, assumption, issue, dependency, decision, action and change-control records. Track schedule, effort, budget, deliverable status and commercial performance and initiate recovery action when required. Prepare accurate status reports, steering materials, decision requests and escalation summaries. Facilitate planning, progress, dependency, risk and retrospective sessions with clear actions and owners. Ensure deliverables pass internal quality review before submission and that client feedback is controlled and traceable. Coordinate access, data, environment, security, procurement and stakeholder dependencies affecting delivery. Manage scope changes, assess impact and maintain alignment between contractual commitments and approved plans. Plan adoption, training, transition, acceptance and handover rather than treating them as end-of-project activities. Capture lessons learned and improve reusable delivery methods, estimates and controls.<br><br>Minimum Requirements<br><br>Education<br><br>Bachelor's degree in project management, business, information systems or a related field. An equivalent combination of relevant education and directly applicable consulting or implementation experience may be considered.<br><br>Professional Experience<br><br>Typically 5-9 years managing technology, data, analytics or transformation projects. Experience managing technology, data, analytics, governance or transformation projects and multidisciplinary teams. Experience controlling scope, schedule, resources, risks, changes, quality and client acceptance. Experience producing executive status reporting and facilitating governance meetings. Job Description<br><br>Job Title: Hindi Quality Assurance Lead<br><br>Job Type: Contract<br><br>Location: Remote<br><br>About This Role<br><br>In this hourly, remote contractor role, you will work as a Hindi Quality Assurance Lead to oversee quality, consistency, and trainer performance across Hindi AI training projects. You will review AI-generated Hindi content and trainer/QA work, evaluate output quality against project guidelines, provide precise written feedback, and ensure that all contributors follow the expected quality standards. You will assess work for accuracy, fluency, grammar, spelling, tone, cultural appropriateness, meaning preservation, instruction-following, formatting, and adherence to project-specific rubrics. You will spot recurring quality issues, communicate updates to trainers and QAs, support onboarding, maintain documentation, and help activate contributors who are not working consistently. This role is a fast-growing AI Data Services company delivering training data for many of the world’s largest AI companies and foundation-model labs. Your Hindi quality leadership will directly help improve the world’s premier AI models by ensuring that Hindi training data is natural, accurate, culturally appropriate, well-documented, and aligned with client expectations.
