Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain backend services for the Bank's e-Channels and Digital Banking applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java technologies, Spring Framework, REST/SOAP web services, and enterprise application development. Identify system and software problems and their causes, record defect backlog items, report testing results, and collaborate with teams to resolve defects. Drive and lead the prioritization of testing activities across teams as needed. Collaborate with project managers to plan and schedule test cycles. Develop effective QC coverage for multiple mobile, browser-based, and BI projects. Work collaboratively with business and development teams to review design specifications and acceptance criteria. Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within Agile environments, including meetings, iterative development, and analysis. Collect, track, and report test metrics while providing leadership with regular status updates. Create, design, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) documents in collaboration with business stakeholders. Participate in end-user training workshops and provide post-implementation functional support. Collaborate with onshore and offshore QC, development, system engineers, and customer teams where applicable. <br><br>Responsibilities<br><br> 5+ years of progressive professional experience in Quality Control and Testing, including hands-on experience in testing Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, Power BI reports, and dashboards. Strong experience in validating data models, reports, and data pipelines to ensure data integrity and consistency across BI systems. Excellent spoken and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with data engineering teams, business analysts, and developers.
