<li>Manage professional scheduling for Head of Department or E&C manager, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics.</li>

<li>Manage, coordinate, and arrange department’s travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination.</li>
<li>Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing system and contact database</li>
<li>Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business</li>

<li>Manage onboarding of new joiners and offboarding of departing employees. Main Master List records.</li>
<li>Book and follow contractors newcomer onboarding process including:<ul>

<li>IS request (User Access, Software/Hardware arrangements)</li>

<li>Manage mobilization and field movement of 300-400 pax personnel.</li>

<li>Ensure proper communication with contractor to ensure Personnel mobilization</li>
<li>Manage onshore training assignment for offshore personnel (TRF, communication with their relative company for hotel booking, transportation).</li>

<li>Coordinate and follow up all General Services requests for E&C.</li>

Job Description<br><br>The Senior Surveyor I is considered an intermediate to advanced level Surveyor position. The primary function is to examine and report on vessels and other marine structures during and after construction relative to compliance with the applicable requirements for maintaining the vessel in Classification with ABS and meeting associated statutory and special service requirements related to the Safety of Life at Sea, Loadline, Tonnage, Cargo Gear, and Pollution Prevention Certification. The ability to climb vertical ladders up to nine meters and navigate steep steps is essential. Shall be capable of working at heights on various staging and lifting equipment. Shall be able to maneuver in tight spaces and work inside confined areas for extended periods, including kneeling and crawling. The role may involve exposure to industrial environments, potential injury risks, extreme weather conditions, and demanding physical activities. Shall be able to lift at least 25 lbs. / 11.34 kgs.
