He/She will be performing below but not limited to.</p><br><p>· Operates, programs and maintains specialized thermal spray equipment in accordance with work instructions and customer specifications.</p><br><p>· Preparation of laboratory samples / approval of new sprays and processes.</p><br><p>· Works with cell leader in the development of required fixtures for new product lines.</p><br><p>· Performs part changeovers and execution of work according to product specifications, drawings, and work instructions.</p><br><p>· Performs all work in accordance with plant safety rules and maintains highest quality standards in the execution of all assigned work.</p><br><p>· Performs routine preventative maintenance on all machines and other routine labor work as required in accordance with production flow.</p><br><p>· Preparation of components (masking and surface preparation)</p><br><p>· Blending/Polishing to remove overspray by using pneumatic grinders</p><br><p>· Vacuum furnace operations as requires</p><br><p>· He/ she shall be utilized on Welding, Grinding, Assembling, Shot peening, Bucket Moment weight etc… as requires</p><br><p>· Maintain a clean work area and contribute towards overall housekeeping efforts and other duties as needed</p><br><p>· Updates digital shop systems related to assigned work (Digital Work Order, Time Vouchering, Operation completion)</p><br><p>· Ensure the work area is compliance with HSE requirement</p><br><p>· Full compliance with BH Policies / Procedures</p><br><p><b>Fuel your passion</b><br>To be successful in this role you will:</p><br><p>· Must have HS Diploma or GED.
