Also provide feedback to MRP so that cost-effective replenishment levels are maintained.<br>- Updating the item master including item specifications, Bill of Material, Spare Parts Criticality and new item codes in ERP as and when required.<br>- Responsible for the Periodic Inventory review & Changes in the buffer stock levels with the coordination of end-users.<br>- Co-ordinate with Supply Chain department and Contractors for procurement of spares to ensure the availability.<br><br>Bachelor's Engineering degree (12+4 years) in (Mechanical )<br>10 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Fertilizer industry and<br>competency*<br>Hands-on experience of the Work order part of EAM (enterprise asset<br>maintenance) module of SAP would be preferable. Competency and work Strong technical background and maintenance field experience. Experience in daily maintenance planning. SAP ( Master data- Establishment PM plans, creation of equipment, Functional location, BOM, Material Catalogue). Experience in technical evaluation and spare parts management.
