<li>Test pipes in accordance with testing schedule and log the daily tests</li>
<li>Select the correct rubbers rings, O-rings and flange per drilling standards to accelerate the testing process</li>

<p>Field Operator - ( 2 ) Position: Field Operator - (2) Date Open: Feb 19, 2026 Closing Date: Jun 30, 2026 Principal: Qatar District Cooling Company Country: Doha, Qatar</p><p>Safety Observation<br>Raise SO in CMMS when found during shift.<br>Security Rounds:<br>Conduct regular security rounds of the plant, checking for unauthorized personnel or security breaches (this is part of normal structured round check).<br>Safety Check:<br>Conduct a thorough safety inspection of the assigned area, including equipment, PPE, and emergency exits.<br>Ensure all safety signage is visible and up-to-date.<br>Emergency Response<br>Respond to emergencies, such as equipment failures, fires, or spills.<br>PTW System<br>Issuing, reviewing, or verifying the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system for maintenance and operational activities.<br>Equipment Line Up / LOTO<br>Perform LOTO, changeover or shutdown equipment. Isolate equipment for handover to maintenance.<br>Equipment Inspection:<br>Visually inspect critical equipment (pumps, valves, chillers, etc.) for any signs of damage, leaks, or abnormal operation.<br>Check lubrication levels and perform routine lubrication as needed.<br>Parameter Monitoring:<br>Monitor key process parameters (pressure, temperature, flow rate, etc.)<br>System Startup:<br>Initiate the startup procedure for assigned systems, following established checklists and procedures.<br>System Shutdown:<br>If required, initiate the shutdown procedure for assigned systems, following established checklists and procedures.<br>Alarm & Event (A&E) Analysis<br>Refer to alarm screen at the equipment panel. Monitor and raise info to CCC Operators for any anomalies.<br>Shift Handover:<br>Prepare a detailed shift handover report, including any ongoing issues, maintenance requirements, and abnormal events.<br>Conduct a handover "shake-hand" handover meeting to ensure proper baton passing.<br>Plant Optimization<br>Work on optimizing plant performance by analyzing system data and making minor adjustments to improve efficiency or reduce energy consumption.
