Assistant Sales Manager – Hotel Industry<br>Job Summary The Assistant Sales Manager will support the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve the hotel's revenue, occupancy, and business development objectives. The role will focus on generating new business, maintaining strong relationships with corporate and leisure clients, increasing room and event revenues, and supporting the overall commercial performance of the hotel. Key Responsibilities<br>Sales & Business Development Assist the Sales Manager in implementing the hotel's sales and business development strategies. Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, travel trade, government, and other market segments. Conduct sales calls, client visits, presentations, and property inspections. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate accounts, travel agencies, tour operators, and other business partners.
