Purpose:
To communicate with foreman to carry out the job in a systematic and professional method.
To communicate with the people inside the organization. Advantage to communicate with people in the region during work
External Communication:

Occupational Health & Safety and Environment
Accountability:
Are accountable for their acts and omissions.
Responsibility:
To follow agreed safe systems of work; to follow training and instructions; and to report accidents, incidents and near misses.
Authority:
To stop work if they think the work is unsafe.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
• To carry out grit blasting, sand blasting and painting works.
• To operate jet washing and steam washing equipment.
• To operate Man lift equipment and certificate
• Ensuring that all works are carried out in a safe manner and in compliance with the divisions Quality Assurance procedures and Quality Manuals.
• Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.
• Follow specified systems, processes and procedures, implemented in the workplace, to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and other requirements/standards
• Work safely at all times, protecting the health and safety of everyone in the workplace

Minimum Qualification/Experiences/Skills
Minimum Qualification/Experiences/Skills
Education & Professional Qualification:
Primary school education
Experience certificate or vocation training
Professional Experience: 
2-3 years of experience in operating grit blasting machines and painting.
Shipyard and marine experience will be preferred
Geographic Experience: 
Records of good company work experience
Computer Skills: 
Not required
Language Skills: 
Arabic/ Hindi/ English language knowledge will be an added advantage
Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge: 
Experience certificate from heavy engineering organizations
