Overview<br><br>The secondees will play a critical role in strengthening Client's'Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) by leading the development of integrated reporting systems, dashboards, and data-driven performance frameworks. They will ensure alignment of programmes and projects with organizational objectives, while embedding international best practices in governance, monitoring, and evaluation.
