Overview<br><br>We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to install, operate, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential, commercial, or industrial facilities. About the Role This role is responsible for reviewing entity-reported project status against supporting evidence and escalating any discrepancies to entity leadership to ensure they are resolved promptly, rather than being carried forward into subsequent reporting cycles. Able to read a project programme (Primavera P6 or equivalent) and distinguish genuine critical-path slippage from float erosion or reporting artefact. Understands the difference between delay caused by contractor underperformance, design/IFC delay, procurement or payment blockage, and client-side or force majeure factors, and can substantiate which applies from the paper trail rather than the narrative given in a meeting. Comfortable with GC/subcontractor delivery chains, including where the main contractor and subcontractor sit within the same group. Understands what a genuine contractual notice or dispute escalation looks like versus routine snagging correspondence.<br>Requirements10–15 years in major projects delivery, ideally within a main contractor, PMO, or client-side delivery assurance function. Gulf or wider MENA delivery experience strongly preferred, with familiarity in holding-company-to-subsidiary delivery chains.
