<p><strong>JOB SUMMARY</strong></p><br><p><span><span>Reporting to the Chair - Anesthesiology, the Division Chief – Pediatric Anesthesiology provides clinical, educational, research and executive management leadership for the Division of Pediatric Anesthesia. S/he enables and ensures the delivery of safe, effective and efficient anesthesia and related services to pediatric and selected adult congenital patients in Sidra Medicine and ensures these are of the highest standard commensurate with appropriate international benchmarks. </span></span></p><br><p><span><span>The Division Chief – Pediatric Anesthesiology is both a clinical and a managerial leader. S/he works with the Sidra executive team to develop and deliver strategy and business plans and is accountable for performance, quality, management of resources and sustainability in the Division of Pediatric Anesthesia.
