This role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and closing ERP solution sales opportunities with new and existing clients, primarily within Arabic-speaking markets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product presentations and demos, preparing proposals and quotations, managing the sales pipeline, and negotiating contracts in collaboration with internal stakeholders. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, gathering feedback on ERP system needs, and coordinating with technical and implementation teams to ensure a smooth handover from sales to delivery. The ERP Sales – Arabic Speaker will contribute to market research, participate in sales campaigns and events, and provide regular sales forecasting and reporting to management.<br>Qualifications Strong ERP sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals. Proficiency in client relationship management and account management, with the ability to understand business processes and translate them into ERP solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English, including the ability to deliver compelling product demos and negotiate effectively. Solid understanding of enterprise software, Saa S, or technology solutions, preferably with prior experience selling ERP or related systems. Ability to work on-site in Doha, Qatar, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, technical, and implementation. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines and forecast sales. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in the GCC or MENA region and familiarity with local business practices is an advantage.

<p>Manage the operations of four offshore drilling and workover units, including the monitoring and management of drilling contractors and the resolution of operational problems in cooperation with subordinate Superintendents, to ensure drilling and intervention objectives are achieved safely and efficiently.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 15 years' experience in offshore drilling and workover operations, including 5 years as an Offshore Drilling Supervisor and 5 years as an Offshore Drilling Superintendent.</li><li>Experience in managing offshore drilling, workover and intervention operations, including contractor oversight and operational performance management.</li><li>Tendering and contracting experience.</li><li>Proven leadership and people management skills with a keen awareness of cultural sensitivities and a passion for managing HSE.</li><li>Strong communication skills in English (demonstrated verbal and written skills).</li><li>High energy and enthusiasm for delivering outstanding performance, with a "can do" attitude and proven track record in drilling and workover operations</li></ul><p>BSc in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent.</p><p>IWCF Certified.</p>
