Your day to day<br><br>Ensure that the hotel’s standards of cleanliness, hygiene, security and presentation are in maintained all assigned rooms. Perform cleaning duties in guest apartments in accordance with the status or the guest’s stay. Inspect and clean all facilities, furniture and fixtures, and report any damage to the Housekeeping Supervisor, Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping coordinator, for action and follow up. Attend to guests’ requests and queries courteously and promptly in the course of performing duties. Complete all information on the Allocation Sheet for all assigned rooms, marking status, linen replaced and special requests. Complete the Allocation sheet with the time commenced servicing the room, any running that is required, times that DND signs were placed on the door and record any maintenance issues. Report to the Housekeeping Supervisor any unusual incidents, complaints, unauthorized persons in rooms, missing or damaged hotel property, and lost and found items. Clean, tidy and vacuum the housekeeping pantries, ensure pantry doors are kept locked at all times and lights out when not in use. Stack all stocks neatly in the pantry. Sign out, sign in, and restock correctly the cleaning bucket. Maintain in good working order all equipment allocated for cleaning on a daily basis. Vacuum guest floor corridors as assigned and keep then clean throughout the day including dusting, spot marking and polishing. Maintain the vacuum cleaners in good working condition with each vacuum cleaner to be returned daily fully cleaned and in working order. All breakages to be reported to the Housekeeping Supervisor. Maintain maximum security of guest information on work sheets by keeping inside the guest room at all times and by not opening any room door for either guests or employees. Notify to the Housekeeping Coordinator all DND rooms by 14.00 hrs. every day. Report any lost Master Keys to the Housekeeping Supervisor immediately. Use the chemicals provided in accordance with the Material Data Sheets provided. Carry out any additional duties as requested by the Manager or Supervisor. Clean, tidy and vacuum the housekeeping pantries, ensure pantry doors are kept locked at all times and lights out when not in use. Stack all stocks neatly in the pantry. Sign out, sign in, and restock correctly the cleaning bucket. Maintain in good working order all equipment allocated for cleaning on a daily basis. Vacuum guest floor corridors as assigned and keep then clean throughout the day including dusting, spot marking and polishing. Maintain the vacuum cleaners in good working condition with each vacuum cleaner to be returned daily fully cleaned and in working order. All breakages to be reported to the Housekeeping Supervisor. Maintain maximum security of guest information on work sheets by keeping inside the guest room at all times and by not opening any room door for either guests or employees. <strong>Primary Purpose of the Job</strong><br><p>Responsible for all commercial, logistical and administrative support to LNG trading activity, to ensure that all obligations arising from the LNG contract and charter party are met and carried out professionally.</p><br><p>Liaise with traders to maximize the value-add through the application of economics and optimization skills for profitable operations, and minimize the profit leakage from the flexibility and optionality embedded in the LNG contracts and supply programs.</p><br> <br><strong>Required Experience and Skills</strong><br><ul><li>At least 5 years' experience in commercial operations including 2 years' in LNG operations with leading IOCs, NOCs or reputable trading companies.</li><li>A key criterion is to be able to operate within a non-standard environment where the counterparty requires and expects considerable support and at the same time be able to gently introduce standardization and efficiency</li><li>A good level of fluency in the English language, both written and spoken is required; other languages such as Spanish, Japanese, Mandarin and Korean would also be an advantage</li><li>Multi-disciplinary knowledge and broad competence is required in areas such as trading, risk control, sales operations, commercial, financial, contract administration, legal, economic analysis and projects.</li><li>Sales management and commercial operations skills must have been demonstrated in previous jobs and/or assignments, including client-relationship management.</li><li>Excellent negotiation skills, communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Top level written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Excellent client and internal stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to take fast risk-based decisions, sometimes based on limited amount of information.</li><li>Sound computer literacy skills, including user knowledge of CTRM systems.</li><li>Reasonable knowledge of international competition, anti-trust laws, freight contracts and shipping required in the context of LNG trading, and working with a high standard of personal integrity.</li></ul> <br><strong>Educational Qualifications</strong><br><ul><li>Bachelor degree in Economics, Law, Business Administration or equivalent from an internationally recognized university.</li><li>Postgraduate Qualification (MSc. or MBA) preferred.</li></ul> </div>
Castamo is looking for a proactive and results-driven Project Sales & Business Development Executive who can actively generate new business, build professional relationships and bring qualified clients to our showroom. This is a hands-on sales position. It is not a showroom desk job, a design-only position or a management title without fieldwork. Main Responsibilities Morning Shift – Business Development & Field Sales Identify and contact potential companies and project clients. Conduct regular field visits to contractors, interior designers, architects, consultants, developers, hotels, restaurants and procurement departments. Introduce Castamo’s furniture, custom manufacturing, interior design and fit-out services. Build relationships with decision-makers and identify upcoming projects. Arrange qualified client meetings and showroom visits. Generate new project opportunities through calls, visits, networking and professional follow-up. Evening Shift – Showroom Sales & Planning Welcome and assist the clients invited to the showroom. Understand their project requirements and coordinate with the design team for moodboards, selections, BOQs and quotations. Follow up on existing leads and proposals until a clear decision is received. Prepare and organize prospect lists, company databases and follow-up schedules. Update the CRM with every call, visit, meeting and opportunity. Prepare the call and visit plan for the following working day. Assist with showroom operations and remain responsible until the showroom closes at 10:00 PM. Working Hours Morning shift: 9:00 AM–1:00 PMEvening shift: 7:00 PM–10:00 PMFriday: Weekly day off The split-shift schedule is mandatory. Please do not apply if you are unable to work these hours. Performance Expectations During the initial performance period, the successful candidate will be expected to:Contact at least 50 new targeted companies per week. Complete approximately 15–20 meaningful field visits per week. Bring a minimum of 12 qualified client visits to the showroom during the first month. Build a qualified sales pipeline of at least QAR 300,000 during the first month. Work toward a monthly sales target of at least QAR 100,000 after the initial period. Maintain accurate daily CRM records and submit a clear weekly sales report. A qualified showroom visit means a genuine client or company representative with an active or upcoming furniture, interior design or fit-out requirement. Personal contacts without a real business opportunity will not be counted. Candidate Requirements Minimum 2 years of relevant B2B sales or business development experience in Qatar. Previous experience in furniture, interior design, fit-out, building materials, construction, hospitality or a related sector is strongly preferred. Fluent Arabic and good English are required. Valid Qatar driving licence is required; having a car is preferred. Proven ability to conduct cold calls, field visits and face-to-face business meetings. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and follow-up skills. Basic ability to use Microsoft Office, Excel and CRM systems. Must be organized, presentable, disciplined and capable of working independently. Must be comfortable with measurable weekly and monthly sales targets. Compensation Fixed salary: QAR 5,000 per month Additional performance-based commission on collected sales. Salary review may be considered after the initial two-month performance assessment, based on verified results. The salary budget is fixed.
