As the Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of industrial control systems, ensuring efficient, safe, and reliable operation of HVAC and associated critical infrastructure systems.<br><br>Essential Job Functions<br><br>Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Industrial Control Systems (ICS) for HVAC and related building automation systems. Monitor, calibrate, and optimize HVAC control systems to maintain optimal performance and energy efficiency. Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues in control panels, PLCs, sensors, actuators, and other ICS components. Perform routine preventive maintenance on control systems and HVAC equipment to ensure compliance with operational standards. Performing quality checks on drawings prepared internally or externally
Validate consistency between engineering drawings and plant databases (tag numbers, equipment IDs, line references) and escalate discrepancies.
Control integration of vendor drawings into plant documentation ensuring alignment with existing plant design and standards .
Ensure drawing readiness prior to Turnaround (TA) execution by identifying outdated or missing drawings.
Support alignment between engineering drawings and asset management systems.
Ensure proper capture, tracking, and incorporation of field redlines into final drawings with full traceability.
Maintain tracking of drawing status (draft, under review, approved, as-built) and report overdue updates.
Information Dissemination
Control native files and upload, with assistance frorn RIM personnel, relevant information to the Company's electronic data management system (ECM) in order to ensure that the right information is available to the right personnel at all times.
