Coordinate with Project Team and EBS for planning and conducting second party audits on Contractors and participate in assigned audits during contracts execution.</p><p>Guide subordinates (call-off) and Project Team on various activities related to latest version of ISO 9001 Standard, QMS system documentation and certification requirements.</p><p>Prepare Project Quality Plan (PQP) in coordination with the Project Team.</p><p>Ensure that EPIC Contractors required Project Quality Plan (PQP) is established and adhered to throughout the Project Life Cycle.</p><p>Review the EPIC Scope of Services (SOS) and Scope of Work (SOW) and ensure that quality and technical requirements are incorporated which include Contractor/Supplier's QA/QC and relevant engineering and construction deliverables and any other Technical / System documents.</p><p>Participate in pre-qualification of EPIC Contractors/Sub-Contractors and Vendors, as required, monitor and enforce compliance with ISO 9001, QP-QAL-STD-004, PML/SML, etc.</p><p>Participate in EPIC technical bid evaluation of the Bidders to ensure that quality requirements as per QP-QAL-STD-004 are included, addressed, and understood.</p><p>Review Contractor/Supplier's engineering and construction deliverables with specific emphasis to QA/QC and coordinate with relevant engineering discipline specialists on issues related to materials/corrosion/special processes etc.; to enforce compliance to contract requirements.</p><p>Ensure deviation &amp; non-conformance control system is implemented to meet the departmental compliance requirements.</p><p>Verify the resolution of deviations related to corrective and preventive actions and proper closure of NCRs and CARs.</p><p>Lead multi-discipline QA/QC Team (call-off) within the Project Teams and ensure that the Inspection Test Plans and procedures are in place and adhered to throughout the project life cycle.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline from an internationally recognized University, preferably a Mechanical degree. Master's degree is also preferable.</li><li>Membership of a recognized Professional Institution of Relevance is preferable.</li><li>Minimum fifteen (15) years of relevant QA/QC experience in Oil &amp; Gas projects, including solid offshore experience, minimum 5 years in similar senior positions.</li><li>Qualified as Lead ISO 9001 Auditor. Professional qualifications relevant to quality are desirable. Working knowledge and experience with international codes and standards relevant to quality.</li><li>Familiar with development of quality management systems, quality assurance &amp; control relevant to Oil and Gas or Infrastructure and Civil projects during engineering development, procurement, construction &amp; commissioning.</li><li>Working knowledge in the manufacturing inspection and certification processes for equipment/ materials in projects and the associated Quality Assurance and Quality Control practices.</li><li>Working knowledge in offshore construction, welding &amp; NDE (conventional and nonconventional techniques) is essential.</li><li>Proficient in the English language (both written &amp; spoken).</li><li>Leadership skills to motivate and organize Project and Contractors quality &amp; Inspection Teams to achieve a high-performance level.</li></ul>
