<br><br>Accountabilities <br><p><u><b>Key Accountabilities:</b></u><br>
1) Develop a deep understanding of the yard specific maintenance strategy and supports the Head of Maintenance in breaking down the strategy into short to medium time horizon work plans and tactics. Supports the implementation of all aspect of the Maintenance Strategy.<br>
2) Operate and maintain HVAC equipment, including but not limited to dehumidifiers, chillers, AHUs, pumps, fan coil units, Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) units, Air Cooled Condensing Unit (ACCU) units, window air-conditioning units, split air-conditioning units and ventilation systems and all its components.<br>
3) Operate and maintain Low Voltage (LV) Power & Lighting system, Elevator, sliding door, Dock leveler, Building Maintenance Unit (BMU), Electrical Low Voltage (ELV) systems consisting of Access Control System, Barrier gate, Intercom and all its components.<br>
4) Operate and maintain other building systems and Plumbing equipment’s consist of potable water booster pumps, circulation pumps, water heaters and all its components. <br>
5) Prepare and manage all spare parts required for the maintenance of the Equipment and related assets. <br>
6) Support the Head of Maintenance in the preparation of maintenance strategies to reduce failure rates of equipment and improve maintenance KPIs.<br>
7) Prepare RCA reports and provide Head of Maintenance with proposals for preventing repeat failures and ensuring lessons learned.<br>
8) Prepare Scope Of Work (SOW), Scope Of Service (SOS) and Tender documentation for sub-contractors works.<br>
9) Supervise sub-contractors and ensure compliance with scope of work.<br>
10) Lead and supervise maintenance technicians.<br>
11) Prepare fit for purpose Work Permits and Risk Assessment for the identification, control and/or mitigation of workplace risk.<br>
12) Maintain maintenance records.<br>
13) Coordinate with relevant authorities and obtain approvals for any changes to systems and structures.<br>
14) Communicate upwards – training needs, process improvement suggestions and follow up on implementation.<br>

Supports checking, peer reviews, and incorporation of comments and findings. Deliver Offshore Structural discipline specific design and drafting services that meet Worley, the client’s and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements Apply recognised offshore engineering practices applicable to Offshore Structural design engineering. Checking of drawings / models and maintaining quality of deliverable Complete detailed designs from structural engineering sketches and specifications. Determines technical issues, defines alternate solutions, establishes pros/cons for multiple solutions, and makes recommendations to support official project documents such as technical queries, technical deviations, etc. Creates final documentation incorporating all relevant information and pursues internal authorization.<br><br>Quality Assurance<br><br>Work within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance systems.<br><br>Safety<br><br>Responsible for personal safety and working within the Occupational Health & Safety procedures. Competent in implementing HSE in the design process, focuses on process safety and strives to use best practice<br><br>Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training<br><br>Diploma, Advance Diploma of Engineering Technology in Civil or Structural discipline<br><br>Industry Specific Experience<br><br>Vast experience in in Brown Field Oil and Gas related Offshore Structural Design and Engineering Personnel shall have the specified minimum project experience in Oil & Gas and shall be knowledgeable of the applicable Engineering codes and standards. Proficient in 3D modelling (E3D/S3D/PDMS) of Structures including understanding of constructability Extraction of 2D Draft and Production of design drawing Initiation of squad checks Generation of MTO’s Excellent computer skills with Auto CAD, and E3D/S3D or PDM.
