<p>Develop and/or review civil and structural engineering deliverables (foundation designs, layouts, drawings). Provide technical support during construction, including review of method statements and resolution of site queries. Coordinate with geotechnical, structural, and architectural disciplines on interface matters. Monitor civil works quality and conformance to approved design and specifications. Coordinate with control system, DCS, and PLC vendors as required. Ensure compliance with QatarEnergy instrumentation specifications and relevant international standards. <p>Key Responsibilities Conduct fire, explosion, and loss-prevention studies (e.g., HAZOP, QRA, fire &amp; gas mapping) as required by the project. Review process safety and loss-prevention deliverables for compliance with QatarEnergy standards. Support design reviews and ensure incorporation of loss-prevention recommendations into engineering deliverables. Provide technical input on fire protection, gas detection, and emergency shutdown/response systems.
