Job Summary<br><br>The role holder is responsible for ensuring that all assigned tasks are planned in a systematically, efficient, and economical way, to improve the safety, quality and reliability of the Production Plants.<br><br>This role holder is responsible to develop scope of works for critical Rotating Machines (Turbines and Compressor) based on site inputs and inspection reports and prepare budgetary estimates for any materials and service requisition. The role will work closely with maintenance teams, technical, facility maintenance team and contractors to ensure update master plan for Turnaround related activities and coordinate with Production HSE, Logistic and other disciplines prior execution.<br><br>The role holder must ensure that all Turnaround activities are carried out within Budget, Time Scheduled in compliance with QAFCO Occupational Health, Quality, Safety, and Environment procedures.<br><br>Key Accountabilities<br><br>Monitor the implementation of the execution strategy for Turnaround scope for Rotating Machinery Equipment, including detailed scheduling, resource optimization, and effective communication among all stakeholders and contractors to ensure timely completion of work. Coordinate closely with all stakeholders to ensure smooth execution, including alignment on priorities, issue resolution, and recovery actions in case of delays. Monitor and control Turnaround progress using schedules, performance indicators, and trend analysis to assess deviations and implement corrective measures.
