Job Purpose The Information Technology Lead is responsible for ensuring that the organization’s IT services, systems, devices, networks, user access, software subscriptions, and technology assets are reliable, secure, and well managed. The role leads day-to-day IT support while coordinating with internal departments, vendors, procurement, finance, and cybersecurity teams.<br>Key Responsibilities Lead the IT service desk, manage user support requests, meet response-time targets, and resolve day-to-day technical issues.
