Verify the completeness of EPC CONTRACTOR’s completion dossiers for mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning through to handover to permanent asset. Monitor and verify EPC Contractor’s preservation activities and ensure it meet project requirements. Coordinate, capture, and share SC Lessons Learned (LL) for inclusion in the project lessons learned register. Monitor progress and status of subsystems using the completion management system and ensure timely handovers. Overview<br><br>We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to install, operate, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential, commercial, or industrial facilities. - Review customer/Bid tender package to fully understand SWO, specifications and schedule. Raises clarifications where necessary.
- Reviews and understands contract price form, clarifies unit rate and lump sum breakdown.
- Understands planned bid strategy, build sequences and methods to execute the scope of work from operations engineer.
- Issues technical execution plan.
- Request and Coordinates inputs from Operations / Production / Shop Engineers, Yard Superintendents, Planning, Welding
- Engineers, QA/QC, Construction Support Engineering, Procurement.
- Checks if any new equipment Is required to execute work. Obtains cost by liaising with Procurement.
- Prepares RFQ for scope that cannot be executed inhouse and issues to Procurement to obtain subcontractor quotes.
- Performs RFQ Bid Evaluations and selects subcontractor with competitive pricing.
- Performs quantity take-offs, determines workforce, rental equipment, and material cost.
- Prepares detailed estimates in accordance with the scope of work based on standard rates, historical performance or first principle.
- Compiles the overall estimates.
- Conducts reviews with management to finalize estimates.
- Ensure Bid estimates are fully approved and signed off by all.
- Records all basis of Bid estimate in a formal document.
- Records all communication, assumptions done at Bid in a manner that same can be easily referred during later date (at execution).
- Maintains historical records of estimates.
- Compiles actual performance of repeated works performed in yard and works out benchmarks to be considered for bidding purpose.
- Compares actuals to estimates and understands reasons for variance. Recommends benchmarks revision where necessary.

<p>Spares and Materials management</p><br>

<li>Communicate and Co-ordinate with end-users to ensure spares and materials are made available by Planning Engineers for scheduled activities. Also provide feedback to MRP so that cost-effective replenishment levels are maintained.</li>
<li>Updating the item master including item specifications, Bill of Material, Spare Parts Criticality and new item codes in ERP as and when required.</li>
<li>Responsible for the Periodic Inventory review & Changes in the buffer stock levels with the coordination of end-users.</li>
<li>Co-ordinate with Supply Chain department and Contractors for procurement of spares to ensure availability.</li>

<li>Provide superiors with work status reports to enable effective monitoring of overall progress against agreed plans.</li>
<li>Provide the Maintenance key performance indicators data to superiors on weekly and monthly basis.</li>

<p>Annual look ahead plan and cost optimization</p><br>

<li>Estimate the annual planning of major maintenance jobs pertaining to individual areas of responsibility and provide inputs to budgeting process.</li>
<li>Forecast the requirement of labor resources, materials and services and initiate necessary procurement actions to ensure that all resources are made available on time in order to achieve optimized maintenance cost.</li>
<li>Record keeping in CMMS (computerized maintenance management system).</li>
<li>Good HSEQ (health safety environment & quality) record in his past working.</li>
<li>Read, understand, and support execute the jobs as per standard operating procedure/ work instruction.</li>
<li>Comply with COMPANY Life Saving Rules as per "PSa-001 Life Saving Rule" Document.</li>

<li>Hands-on experience of the Work order part of EAM (enterprise asset maintenance) module of SAP would be preferable. Competency and work experience in ERP - SAP, preferably in SAP S4-HANA including Competency and work experience in Maintenance related Master data creation, master data updating, master data deletion etc. in SAP.</li>

<li>Provide technical design and engineering services in Mechanical Engineering for all assigned engineering projects. Achieving the technical quality of work in accordance with procedures, whilst considering quality, schedule, cost and HSE.</li>

<li>Conduct Mechanical Engineering activities and in-house site surveys for projects, from initial concept definition phase through to, engineering studies, FEED, detailed design, and commissioning.</li>
<li>Ensure the required technical assurance practices, engineering standards, environmental and safety policies are incorporated and followed, in work scopes and whilst conducting Mechanical Engineering activities.</li>
<li>Review technical deviations and variations to approved guidelines, codes, standards, and practices.</li>
<li>Support Engineering Department to review, update and apply standards</li>
<li>Plan and co-ordinate activities of a team of multidiscipline engineers for providing timely delivery of technical services to meet the project requirements.</li>

<li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.</li>
<li>Chartered Engineer / Professional Engineer status or equivalent is preferable.</li>
<li>10 years' relevant post graduate experience, of which 6 years should be related to the Oil & Gas industry in both Static and Piping disciplines. Expert level competency is required at least in one of the discipline areas (i.e., static or piping).</li>
<li>Ability to identify and utilize relevant engineering standards, international codes, and company standards, related to Mechanical Engineering.</li>
<li>Proven ability for effectively managing time, cost, and quality in either greenfield or brownfield engineering major projects as well in multiple project environment for discipline engineering. Having experience in concept development, Front End Engineering Design (FEED), EPIC, and technical support to site/plant operation.</li>
<li>Good communications and presentation skills with fluency in English.</li>
