Facilities Management Lead – Qatar<br>We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Lead to oversee and support safe, compliant, reliable, and cost-effective facilities operations across one or multiple sites in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in facilities operations, MEP systems, maintenance management, vendor coordination, compliance, and service delivery, with the ability to manage day-to-day operational requirements while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer service.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Manage work orders from prioritization and assignment through follow-up, stakeholder communication, and timely closure. <span>The Rig Liaisonman acts as the primary link between the drilling rig site, the Drilling & Technical Department (DTD), Saudi Aramco representatives, and the contractor.<br> The position is responsible for coordinating rig activities, monitoring operational performance, ensuring compliance with approved drilling programs and Saudi Aramco requirements, and facilitating timely communication and resolution of operational issues.<br> Key Responsibilities Serve as the main liaison between the rig site, DTD, Saudi Aramco representatives, and drilling contractors.<br> Coordinate daily drilling and rig-related activities with relevant departments and stakeholders.<br> Monitor rig operations to ensure compliance with approved drilling programs, procedures, safety standards, and client requirements.<br> Review and communicate daily drilling reports, operational updates, equipment status, and performance information.<br> Follow up on rig activities, operational challenges, equipment issues, and required corrective actions.<br> Coordinate with drilling engineers, rig management, wellsite supervisors, service companies, and other stakeholders.<br> Escalate operational, technical, safety, and schedule-related issues to the appropriate DTD personnel.<br> Assist in ensuring that drilling operations remain aligned with the approved program and project schedule.<br> Track the status of rig moves, rig readiness, equipment availability, maintenance requirements, and operational priorities.<br> Support coordination of logistics, materials, personnel, services, and other resources required for rig operations.<br> Participate in meetings, operational reviews, coordination meetings, and incident investigations when required.<br> Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to DTD management.<br> Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Drilling Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline ; or equivalent relevant experience.<br> Typically 8–15 years of experience in drilling and rig operations , preferably in the oil and gas industry.<br> Previous experience working with Saudi Aramco operations or Saudi Aramco-approved contractors is highly preferred.<br> Strong knowledge of land rig operations, drilling activities, wellsite coordination, and oilfield services.<br> Experience liaising with drilling contractors, service companies, client representatives, and technical departments.<br> Familiarity with Saudi Aramco safety, operational, and reporting requirements.<br></span> </div>

<li>Liaise with RLIC port authorities, marine traffic control, and terminal operations regarding vessel movements ensuring marine access, navigation permits and operational clearances.</li>
<li>Support the contractor in securing required permits, customs clearances, and import/export approvals.</li>
<li>Review logistics-related progress reports and identify potential schedule impacts.</li>
<li>Ensure logistics activities comply with local regulations, environmental requirements, and project procedures.</li>
<li>Verify contractor compliance with contractual logistics obligations.</li>
<li>Operational Follow-up: Monitor the daily logistics flow of the Contractor's team, identifying potential bottlenecks in both marine traffic and land-based transport.</li>
<li>Reporting & Compliance: Ensure all movements (vessels and heavy machinery) adhere to safety standards and environmental permits required for dredging and reclamation projects.</li>
<li>Ensure Contractor's timely development and effective implementation of Project Unloading, Transportation and Logistics Systems, Procedures, and Detailed schedules.</li>
<li>Closely monitor and audit contractor's relevant implementation plan.</li>
<li>Resolve logistics interface issues that may affect construction or dredging operations</li>
<li>Coordinate closely with Port authorities in Doha and RLC for regulations, procedures and working schedule details.</li>

<li>Diploma in either Supply Chain Management, Marine Transportation, or Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Marine) or related field.</li>
<li>8 years of logistics experience, preferably in Dredging, Marine Construction, or Oil & Gas marine logistics.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Marine permits and port clearances, international shipping, Vessel movements, equipment mobilization and demobilization customs rules, and relevant vessel certifications.</li>
<li>Experience in coordination of Dredging contractors, subcontractors, vendors or service companies involved in the oil and gas industry.</li>
<li>Experience of RLIC Port or in Middle East region will be added Advantage</li>
<li>Fluent in written and oral English.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, organizational, coordination and planning skills.</li>
