<span><span>Perform inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of marine electrical systems and equipment.</span><br><span>Maintain and troubleshoot generators, alternators, transformers, switchboards, distribution panels, and motor control systems.</span><br><span>Support maintenance of vessel lighting, navigation lights, emergency lighting, alarm systems, and communication systems.</span><br><span>Inspect and maintain electric motors, pumps, winches, cranes, HVAC electrical systems, and auxiliary marine equipment.</span><br><span>Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with planned maintenance schedules.</span><br><span>Diagnose electrical faults using multimeters, insulation resistance testers, clamp meters, and other test equipment.</span><br><span>Review and interpret electrical single-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, schematics, and equipment manuals.</span><br></span><br> </div>
Responsible for proper start up and shut down, as per laid Standard Operating Procedures for the Equipment.<br> Operate and maintain other Equipment as a part of Multi-Tasking.<br> Ensure quality product. Any deviations should be escalated to production team leader.<br> Follow all safety requirements when performing work.<br> Responsible to ensure minimal unplanned stops.<br> Correctly fill out all documents related operating parameters and downtimes.<br> Accurately and efficiently perform steps necessary to conduct flavor/package changes and proper shut-downs to minimize down-time wasted resources.<br> Perform best practices in quality checks on line and equipment.<br> Set up machinery and ensure all production materials are available.<br> Monitor line for defective materials and perform any other related work in accordance with line quality.<br> Responsible to clean and sanitize all equipment and facility as required.<br> Responsible to complete operation checks on equipment.<br> Responsible to follow all standard operating procedures to operate equipment efficiently.<br> Coordinates with Quality Assurance department to maintain high quality standards on all raw and finished goods.<br> Take part in Pepsi International (PI) governed audits.<br> Performs other duties as assigned.<br> To be a part of Continuous Improvement plans like TPM, M&W (Manufacturing & Warehouse) etc., while being rolled out. <br><br>Minimum of 2 years of experience handling a labeling machine in a high speed bottling company<br> Good working knowledge of production (training and certification course) & minor maintenance would be advantageous.<br> Language proficiency (English is a must, and additionally Hindi / Tamil / Malayalam / Arabic would be preferred)<br> A diploma in business / supply chain / production/ manufacturing related would be preferred.

<p>This role is responsible for leading and supporting HSE and Quality management across Milaha Offshore & Marine operations, ensuring that business management systems, HSE frameworks and quality standards are effectively implemented and maintained across operational sites. The position provides expert guidance to Project Managers and Business Unit leadership, drives compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and oversees risk management activities, audits, inspections, KPI monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives. It also plays a key role in ensuring the safe execution of AIR/SAT Diving and ROV operations, including the development and review of HIRAs, HAZID, HAZOP, SIMOPS, SWIFT, Bridging Documents, Emergency Response Plans and Safety Cases. The ideal candidate should have 8–10 years of relevant HSE/Quality experience, preferably in offshore projects, with strong hands-on exposure to Diving and ROV operations. A 3-year degree or Associate Degree, Chartered IOSH membership or NEBOSH Diploma (NVQ Level 6 or higher), technical Diving/ROV qualifications, Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001/14001/45001, advanced Incident Investigation certification, and valid BOSIET/H2S OPITO are required. Including 6 months history of weld pass rate.</li><li style="font-size: 11px;">d) Must be qualified (with certifications and/or proof of assessments passed), and be able to carry out welding with different techniques such as GMAW, GTAW, SMAW at all positions flat, vertical or overhead on plates and pipes according to ASME IX, 1G, 2G, 3G and 6G</li><li style="font-size: 11px;">e) Must be able to interpret the content and validity of approved welding procedure specification.</li><li style="font-size: 11px;">f) Must be able to produce X-RAY quality welds.</li><li style="font-size: 11px;">g) Familiar with the use of oxy-acetylene and plasma cutting techniques.</li><li style="font-size: 11px;">h) Must have experience in applying QA/QC and HSE compliance procedures and working instructions.</li><li style="font-size: 11px;">i) Must have knowledge on the selection of welding wires and filler materials applications for various steel alloys.</li><li style="font-size: 11px;">j) Must be able to demonstrate experience in welding unalloyed, low alloyed and high alloyed steels.</li><li style="font-size: 11px;">k) Should be able to deputise for Supervision and act as Leader to less experienced Welders.</li><li style="font-size: 11px;">l) Must be able to demonstrate extensive knowledge in working with different Heat Treatment and Stress Relieving methods.</li><li style="font-size: 11px;">m) Must be able to judge whether a proper weld preparation is made.</li><li style="font-size: 11px;">n) Must be able to read/interprets mechanical isometric drawings including weld requirement symbols.</li><li style="font-size: 11px;">o) Must have experience in and be able to weld plate material in Column or Vessel walls.</li><li style="font-size: 11px;">p) Must do all the grinding works required for the job.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><br></li></ul>
