<p>The Energy Specialist is to provide shall serve as the Base Energy Manager (BEM) and primary point of contact for energy program-related inquiries and shall facilitate communication between relevant stakeholders, providing comprehensive energy program support services as required by the contract. Must have knowledge of principles of planning, energy program and other administrative duties. NexGen IT experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent training/experience. Must be a USN to fill this position. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain Secret Clearance.
