The designee shall maintain systems such as, but not limited to Cummins generator series' DGDK, DSGAB, DGBB, C15D6, C35D6 125D6D, MEPP series 1050, 1070A, PP- 3106A and utilize Cummins Inpower software for diagnostics. This designee shall be qualified to work from blueprints, drawings, and operating a variety of electrician’s hand tools and testing instruments. Support various generator/HVAC systems identified in Table 4.5.1 – C2 Systems and Associated Support Equipment; Table 4.5.2 ATCALS Systems and Associated Support Equipment; Table 4.5.3 ATC Weather Systems and Associated Support equipment; Table 4.5.4 C2 Air Control Squadron O&M Support, Table 4.5.5 Regional Maintenance Center O&M and Support Equipment. Units range from 15k W to 250k W power generation and 1 - 5 ton HVAC split and roof top configurations.<br><br>Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:<br><br>Universal 608 HVAC certification. High School diploma or GED. Formal training on power generating equipment and associated equipment such as: military technical training school, vocational college, and/or a four (4) year apprentice program with experience in electrical power production maintenance and repair. Willingness to perform other duties outside the HVAC trade. Computer knowledge to navigate online training, time keeping and email. Four (4) years of practical experience with equipment the technician will maintain. Six (6) months of Cummins Commercial, Advanced Medium Mobile Power Source (AMMPS) and InPower Software experience required. Must have or be able to obtain/maintain a US Government Secret Security Clearance. (Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain/maintain a Secret Clearance.) Ability to lift of up 50 lbs. Ability to do the following for sustained periods of time: stoop, bend, kneel, carry, reach, lift.
