Job description:<br><br> Job Purpose The purpose of the role is to supervise and monitor Marine Operations carried out by and on behalf of the company, to ensure they are in line with international codes, classification society, flag state, local regulations, and company procedures. The job holder shall contribute and participate in the application of a robust marine crew, watercraft & contractor vetting and monitoring program to reduce the company’s exposure to major marine risk during it’s operational activity. JOB DIMENSIONS: The role requires a high level of proactivity and organizational skills and a high understanding of marine operations to ensure the departments’ activities are fully supported, documented, and safely delivered. Support Marine Incident Investigations and reporting processes, ensuing identification of root causes and capturing of lessons learned. Operations Support the Lead, Marine Operations in the creation and review of company CMS standards and guidelines. Approve credit proposals that are within the incumbent’s delegated powers and submit those which exceed his approval authority to the higher approving authority. Identify and timely report on all negative events and early signals on potential problematic accounts/relationships. Continuously scan/ monitor reports from external rating agencies to identify significant up gradation/ downgrading of financial institutions and determine the impact of the same upon existing FI relationships. Ensure annual reviews of Financial Institutions are conducted on timely basis. Supervise the compilation of the report on annual reviews of Financial Institutions to be presented to executive management and the Board for deciding on facility renewals. Implement the approved Relationship Management strategy within the unit to achieve the business objectives. Provide technical expertise and guidance to Relationship Officers to ensure their credit proposals address all relevant risk factors and meet minimum acceptable standards. - Assist the SVP, FI & CB Relations in managing some of the Bank’s international projects such as the Annual IMF Meetings and SIBOS Expos - Undertake specific financial institutions projects as assigned from time to time. The <strong>C4I Technician</strong> is responsible for maintenance of the MRAP C4I systems installed in the MRAP vehicles. This includes following the C4I Supervisor's directives on managing access and security to equipment, accounting for all computer hardware, radios, installed electronics and any other removable electronic equipment, and providing technical expertise on hardware, software and user issues. To support the development, implementation, and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 29001, while ensuring adherence to QA/QC requirements across workshop and field service activities. Support process optimization initiatives and continuous improvement programs. Coordinate All NCR Meetings and Close out Follow ups. Coordinate Supplier NCR and support SCM for Vendor development and Evaluation. Quality, safety, and environmental objectives. Ability to lead initiatives for continual improvement based on data, audit outcomes, and management review inputs. Ability to support and guide departments in implementing changes to processes, documentation, and controls. Ensures changes are communicated, approved, and recorded within the system Ability to support definition of requirements for process‑supporting IT solutions. Confident in advising departments, process owners, and management on IMS topics and requirements.<br><br>You Can Help Us With These Qualifications<br><br>5–7 years of experience in IMS or QA/QC roles within Rotating Equipment / Oil & Gas / Turbomachinery industry. Hands-on experience with inspection, repair, and overhaul of rotating and turbo machinery. Minimum 3 years of experience in management systems or auditing. Strong knowledge of API standards is relevant to rotating equipment. Experience preparing ITPs, QCPs, and QA/QC dossiers. Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point; Power BI is an advantage). Join us.<br> <br>Job Description<br> <br>Job Summary<br> <br>The BIM Manager will lead the BIM management function within the PMCM team, ensuring that the Contractor’s BIM processes, models, and digital deliverables comply with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), project requirements, information standards, and coordination procedures. The role will support effective multidisciplinary coordination and ensure accurate digital information is delivered throughout the project lifecycle and at handover.<br> <br>Key Responsibilities<br> Lead and manage the BIM function within the PMCM team for airport projects. Review, manage, and monitor the Contractor’s BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and BIM deliverables. Ensure BIM processes and deliverables comply with project requirements, standards, and information management procedures. Oversee multidisciplinary BIM coordination and ensure effective integration of architectural, structural, MEP, civil, and specialist airport systems. Review federated models and monitor clash detection, coordination, and interface issues. Lead BIM coordination meetings and ensure timely resolution of clashes and technical interfaces. Monitor model development, LOD compliance, model quality, and data integrity throughout the project lifecycle. Support the Client in digital asset management and integration of BIM information with FM/asset management systems. Monitor BIM deliverables, submission schedules, and compliance with project milestones. Prepare BIM status reports, dashboards, coordination reports, and management updates. Support the implementation of digital workflows and continuous improvement of BIM coordination processes. <br>Qualifications<br> Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, MEP Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. 8–12 years of BIM experience, with relevant experience in large-scale construction, infrastructure, or airport projects. Proven experience as a BIM Manager / BIM Lead on major multidisciplinary projects. Strong knowledge of BIM standards, BEP, LOD, model coordination, clash detection, and information management. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360, or equivalent BIM platforms. Experience with multidisciplinary coordination and complex project interfaces. Experience in as-built BIM, asset information, digital handover, and FM integration is preferred.
