Control and monitor the ongoing projects with the Operations domains and ensure that these are adhering to the strategic project plan. Review and approve all enhancement of process / system quality certifications. Conduct development and re-engineering studies on identified processes, products or services for international branches.<br><br>Essential Duties & Responsibilities By Dimensions<br><br> Shareholder & Financial: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs including TAT, errors rat, and service level agreement) for performance monitoring and quality measurement purposes for the transactions performed by respective Operations teams and monitor their achievement on periodic basis. Implements KPI’s and best practices for Vice President Quality Control role. Act within the limits of the powers delegated to the incumbent and delegate authority to the respective staff and monitor exercise of the same. Demonstrate clear understanding of the important factors behind the bank's financial & non-financial performance. Customer (Internal & External): Build and maintain strong and effective relationship with the all other related departments and units to achieve the Group’s goals/ objectives. Provide timely and accurate information to the external and internal auditors and the Compliance function as and when required. To assist customers in all their queries on Bank’s product and seek solution to their requests. Maintain activities in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal departments/units to achieve improvements in turn-around time. Build and maintain strong/effective relationships with related departments/units to achieve the Group’s objectives. Provide timely/accurate data to external/internal Auditors, Compliance, Financial Control and Risk when required. Assess, record and report on the academic development, progress and attainment of students and use assessment to ensure the curriculum meets the individual student’s needs. Display competence in using media and technology in the classroom. Promote the general progress and well-being of students and provide guidance to students on educational matters. Communicate with persons outside the school where appropriate (eg Ministry of Education officials). Participate in appraisal and Performance Management procedures and Continuing Professional Development (CPD). Work alongside colleagues on the preparation and development of teaching materials, resources, courses of study and pastoral arrangements. Participate in, and lead where appropriate, the co-curricular and extra-curricular programmes in the school. Promote good working relationships through active leadership and sharing of ideas, materials and experiences. Monitor and supervise safe and appropriate student behavior. Plan and implement strategies to encourage self-discipline and manage disruptive behavior. Model and encourage cultural awareness and understanding and promote a love of learning. Assist in the planning and organising of school events and functions (eg inter-house competitions, concerts, school plays, prize days etc). Communicate and meet with parents regularly promoting the GEMS philosophy and core values; keep parents regularly informed of students’ progress while respecting the confidentiality of student-related information Initiate effort and energy beyond the typical work day, where the tasks require additional commitment. Attend staff meetings and serve on committees as required. Review designs, sketches and reports with supporting calculations for projects, and supply drafting staff with information to assist in the production of detailed drawings, the development of quantities, materials lists and cost estimates as required. Collaborates with project team in review of project documentation such as proposals, estimates, budgets and schedules. Leads weekly Civil Structural meetings, reviews progress reports and required checking procedures. Initiate, manage and supervise engineering assignments on projects that meet project requirements on time and within budget. Organise and manage all aspects of the workload of a team of Civil Structural discipline engineers and designers, within the parameters of a project schedule. Understands and applies the Project Execution Plan (PEP) requirements - make-up and application (including the Engineering Plan). Reviews data from multiple sources and prepares engineering studies, analyses, calculations, and recommend actions. Crafts recommendations and reviews final documentation prior to customer approval. Determines technical issues, defines alternate solutions, establishes pros/cons for multiple solutions, and makes recommendations through official project documents such as technical queries, technical deviations, etc. Establish a list of discipline deliverables. Controls, monitors and progresses these deliverables to an agreed schedule. Reviews final documentation incorporating all relevant information and pursues customer approval. Review similar documentation to assist others and reviews/authorizes work done by direct reports. Lead the production of detailed designs and drawings, specifications, data, calculations and reports.<br>Quality Assurance<br><br>Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance systems. Work with project managers/project engineers to ensure all projects are set up and executed in full compliance with all the requirements of the Worley Project Management Process (WPMP) and General Management System (EMS) using consistent approaches, Work Breakdown Structures, work methodologies and reporting systems. Monitors the closure of all identified risks and opportunities.<br><br>Safety<br><br>Responsible for personal safety safe working practices. Understand and follow OH&S procedures. Promoting health, safety and environmental awareness.<br><br>Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training<br><br>Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited university. MME (Ministry of Municipality and Environment) engineering accreditation is a mandatory requirement. Candidates not holding this accreditation must be willing to achieve this within the probationary period. Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status or undertaking the same will be an advantage.<br><br>Industry Specific Experience<br><br>Extensive work experience at a senior level within the Oil & Gas industry . Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with market opportunities, customer requirements, and business objectives. Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and customer research to identify new product opportunities. Lead product enhancement initiatives and continuous service evolution.<br>IoT Productization & Commercial Ownership<br>Convert IoT capabilities, connectivity services, platforms, devices, and ecosystem solutions into commercially viable products. Define product packaging, pricing strategies, bundled offerings, and commercial models. Develop business cases and revenue forecasts for new and existing products. Own product performance including revenue growth, margin optimization, adoption targets, and profitability. Monitor product KPIs and implement corrective actions to achieve business objectives.<br>Telecom & IoT Connectivity Services<br>Manage IoT connectivity products and services across cellular IoT ecosystems. Collaborate with technical teams on IoT Connectivity Management Platforms (CMP), device onboarding, SIM lifecycle management, e SIM solutions, API integrations, and connectivity provisioning. Drive product initiatives involving NB-IoT, LTE-M, 4G, 5G, and enterprise IoT connectivity services. Ensure product alignment with evolving telecom technologies and market trends.<br>Go-To-Market & Sales Enablement<br>Lead Go-To-Market strategies for new product launches and enhancements. Partner with Enterprise Sales teams to develop value propositions, sales collateral, customer presentations, and commercial proposals. Support strategic customer engagements and business development initiatives. Drive customer adoption and market penetration for IoT product offerings.<br>Operational Governance & Service Management<br>Govern post-deployment operations for enterprise IoT products and large-scale IoT programs.
