Ensures that the handover given between morning and evening shift is correctly made and all instructions are given in the logbook. Coordinate frequently with the Order taker on the status of rooms on your floors. Inform Room Attendants immediately of check out rooms. Updates Room status and Guest discrepancies all the time and reports to F/O. At all times the services and the standards to be according to Welcome charter & SOP of the Dept. Pantry Stock taken to be done and supplies requisition given on the prescribed day to maintain the par stock level. Assist with emergency procedures such as evacuation, fire and bomb threats. Perform any duty assigned by the housekeeping management team. Assists with inventories for linen if scheduled and requested by the Executive Housekeeper or the Housekeeping Managers. Reports and follows up all maintenance Performs turn down training with new and existing staff. Ensures that break times are followed by his/her staff. Physically checks all discrepancies as per discrepancy report. Report any guest complaints/comments to the Housekeeping Manager. Ensure that all staff under your supervision follows strictly the lost and found procedures. <p>Prepare detailed engineering deliverables, including Instrument Index, I/O Lists, Loop Diagrams, Hook-up Drawings, Cable Schedules, and Junction Box (JB) Layouts.
Develop and review P&IDs in collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Perform instrument sizing, material take-offs (MTO), and technical evaluations.
Review vendor documentation and provide technical support during procurement activities.
Ensure compliance with applicable IEC, ISA, API, and project-specific standards.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

Strong proficiency in DCS, PLC, AutoCAD, and SmartPlant Instrumentation (SPI).
